However, the lady at the Rally House at the Fairfield Commons Mall was truly outstanding and is really the person who deserves the kudo! I asked her if they had a specific Bengal's shirt in a size that wasn't on the shelf. She indicated she would look. When she came back to me, she told me that they did not have the size I wanted, but The Greene did have 3 in stock and she would call them to put it on hold if I wanted her to do so. She called, they told her I could pick it up at the front desk, and she was true to her word! Nowadays not too many employees go above and beyond to help the customer, especially when she didn't get the credit for the sell. I thought she did an extraordinary job! She's definitely a "keeper!"

I have well over 50 pairs of leggings from them and to be treated this way was sad. My daughter who is 7 was doing the "dance" and I asked if we could use their bathroom since she couldn't hold it. They said no. They said I had to take her out the store and around the block. I understand rules. I truly do. I understand accommodating customers too. If it was because I was lazy I totally understand. My daughter was ready to have an accident. I told the manager I was really disappointed in the way it was handled. The manager was not friendly and basically defensive and the girl I had the issue with walked away. Had I been confrontational I would've absolutely understood. I wasn't. I think I'll stick to online or Lululemon across the street. They were so much friendlier.

How does it get better than that?? Seriously this store, even situated in Ohio as it is is impressive. They had all the classic buckeye gear, flags, tailgate accessories, clothes, stuff for your baby if you have such.... pretty complete selection of gear. The only reason this wouldn't be a 5 star is that since it is situated in a mall, you're paying mall prices. I still bought a fair amount of gear because there was stuff here I hadn't seen anywhere else. Just FYI, this place is owned by Cardboard Heroes which is also around the corner in the mall. This place is definitely a must hit if you are in the market for Buckeye Gear.... oh, and GO BUCKS.

They had all the shoes we wanted to compare and Sean was very knowledgable and answered any questions we had and even ones we didn't know or think to ask. Any options she knew she wanted to try were brought out and even a few more to make sure she was satisfied with her choice. Sean was personable, patient and eager to help. After the custom fitting, he suggested for her to move up a half size from what she'd been wearing. She has a history of foot issues and I was excited to see how this would help. One day in and she's noted that she's much more comfortable. Sean seemed to really care about making sure we chose the right shoes and gear and we were never rushed. From start to finish, I can't think of another time I was this impressed with the level of service received. We'll happily recommend Up and Running any chance we get and will be back for future needs.

They definitely cater more to the younger set with all their Bieber-themed items, glitter gloss and nailpolish, and bejeweled backpacks. Don't get me wrong, I love my cheap trendy jewelry, but their prices aren't exactly cheap compared to Forever 21 and Charming Charlies. Most Claires stores are overstuffed to the maximum, so it always feels cluttered and disorganized in there pretty much no matter which Claire's location you happen to encounter. Overall it's "Meh", hence the two stars. Doubt I'll be back in this location...unless my tween drags me in there.
