You just go on their website and pick an available day and time. Mike will confirm in an email and you're good to go! If the day or time isn't available, it won't be on their calendar so there are no chances of overbooking. You will be their first priority for your appointment! I actually had a mixup and had to reschedule the day of! I got really lucky and was able to get in the next day, but Mike and his team were so cool about it! I get to my appointment and was greeted right away. He asked me some questions about what I wanted and told me it would take around an hour and I can wait inside. I went inside and, I don't know about you, but I was elated when they had "Friends" playing on their tv! It made the wait go by even faster. They were done before I knew it! This is what I appreciated the most: they wouldn't do my windshield because they found a tiny crack at the bottom and knew that if they went ahead and tinted it, the heat absorption would destroy my windshield. He gave me recommendations of companies that could easily fill the crack. It's so nice to know they care about the customer and not just the money! The windshield is an extra $100 and they sacrificed that for the sake of my car. So amazing! He also told me that when I get the crack filled, they'd squeeze me in to finish! I'm blown away. My car looks amazing and the service was awesome. I'll never go anywhere else to get my windows done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I kind of screwed up when I made the purchase as it was very impulsive following weeks of late night shopping and considering dozens of different sellers and brands. I forgot to create an account as I usually would. I paid with PayPal and they pulled the addresses directly from the payment. I failed to notice that the shipping address in my PayPal had reverted back to an old address. Don't ask me how but there it was Anyways, I sent emails and called them a couple of times. The man in the phone was great both times. After the second call he emailed me a picture of the package with the correct address on it. They had made the corrections after sending me the shipping notice (which showed the old address). So the guy had chased down my package and emailed me a photo just to assure me that all was well. Much appreciated and I'll definitely be a repeat customer. The combo showed up on Monday lined up and ready to fish. I couldn't be happier.

We looked into replacing the furniture, but were concerned about the quality and workmanship of what we saw in new furniture. The "bones" of our older furniture were good so we decided to reupholster the set instead of replacing it. It took a while, more than 6 months, but we are pleased with the results. The business had some difficulty with their previous location landlord, but they delivered what we hired them to do. We recommend them, but also recommend patience.

Avoid Coles Custom Upholstery Unless You Enjoy Waiting Forever and Being Lied To…read more If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not bring your furniture to Coles Custom Upholstery. We brought in our leather ottoman for a simple repair back in late March 2025. They gave us an estimate of 8 to 10 weeks. It is now October 11th, and the most they've managed to do is strip it down to the frame, toss the leather into a heap of scraps, and let it sit there untouched for over a month. Each time I followed up, I was given the same tired line: "It'll be ready next week." That line came from the owner's husband, who apparently does the actual repairs. Spoiler alert: a week would pass, I'd stop by, and nothing--literally nothing--had changed. Rinse and repeat this frustrating cycle for months. To make matters worse, when I finally called to get a straight answer, the owner was rude and dismissive, as if I was inconveniencing them by checking in on the ottoman they've held hostage for over half a year. Excuses included everything from "my guy's out" to "my guy quit," but at a certain point, it stops being bad luck and becomes just plain bad business. If you're considering this place, consider this instead: your furniture might never get repaired, and you'll be met with broken promises, disrespect, and months of wasted time. Find a professional who values your business--because Coles clearly doesn't.

I recently took 4 rings to Sam at Sterling Studio for repair and polishing work. She was very informative and told me what she could do for each setting and stone (some needed more work than others, and some of the stones were less easy to work with). I appreciated her honesty in how well she could restore each piece. Sam definitely under-promised and over-delivered. I just got all 4 rings back and they look like new! Each setting is rounded again (I squashed my rings into ovals), all the dents and scratches to the silver are gone, and the finish of the stones has been reworked and restored. If you like Pokemon, this is your store…read more You walk in, and you can buy a plush toy of pretty much any Pokemon you love. We call it the "friend store" because there are SO many plushies here. The walls are lined with plushies. They even carry the gigantic, multi-feet plushies from the Pokemon Center if that's your jam. Original 151 also picks up some of the Pokemon Center's limited time merch, letting you pick up some of the cuties without having to pay import fees and shipping. Prices here are higher than Pokemon Center, but they really aren't bad. Considering I don't have to pay shipping or import it, it's cheaper than buying from the Pokemon Center site itself. I love popping in here to see their seasonal merch too. They usually will carry a limited selection of the Pokemon Center's seasonal merch. It's often holiday decorations, but they have seasonal plushies too. (Summer's seasonal stuff last year included a gigantic, multi-foot Ditto pool floatie) In addition to plushies, they also have stationary, plates/cups, backpacks, jewelry, household decor, blindbox toys, Pokemon cards and all sorts of TCG accessories, keychains, and more. Plushies are the big seller, but they have pretty much everything Pokemon you could imagine. They have a niche, and they're sticking to it. They recently expanded and "ate" the store next door to turn that area into a Pokemon card game room. If you like Pokemon cards, they have events for playing. While you're here, this entire mall was kinda turned into a nerdy, anime-weeb mall. Hit up the other anime and nerd stores in the mall while you're here. It's absolutely impressive how weeb the whole mall is now. (Not even a bad thing. It's super cool.)
