I feel I was severely over charged and the lady at the front wasn't interested in complaint. 4 to 6 times more then all other competitors isn't a fair way to treat a customer. I would highly recommend googling embroidery in Dayton Ohio. You will find 5 other companies that will save you 4 to 6 times the rates at Embriodme Centerville. The embroidery was done correctly.
