Upon arriving at the pre-arrange time, I was met with hostility and anger as soon as I walked in the door. Shortly into the conversation draped in hostility from their side. I was told to get my s*** and leave. Immediately after told get the f*** out of my store. I was polite and cordial the entire time until he began cursing at me. I will never again do any type of business with this store and highly recommend no one else does either.

It was very fun to wander about this shop. Discovering quirky, odd, confusing, stunning, antique, and all the great randomness of reading and learning. The prices of the books ranged almost randomly but I imagine serious research regarding the value of each item was conducted. I limited myself to no more than $10 for an individual book. But still....I made a dent in my wallet. Very friendly staffer who chatted some about what was within the bookshop, where some of the books and other materials came from, and commented upon the collection of wondrous surprises which this lovely reader's dream has acquired. The store is clean, it's never terribly crowded and when I bring in one of my previously bought plush to get accessories for it's never a bad time. They usually have a great amount of stock, and never rush you at the stuffer. I'm also an adult but never had them not do the whole ceremony with me or not offer to smell a new scent with me. As I said, super nice people. I even see the staff has plushies they bring in to work their shifts with them which is a great touch and makes the whole place feel very accepting. This covers just the bear, it's stuffing (including the heart) and then a "bath". They do encourage you to record a message on a little device they put in the Bear. This is extra! And obviously all the clothes and accessories are extra. While my little boy didn't quite understand what we were doing at first, he absolutely loved pressing the pedal that makes the stuffing go into the Bear (because pressing buttons is fun!). The stuffing brought the Bear to life for my son, so he was excited to pick out a heart, give it a kiss, have me give it a kiss, too, and put it in the bear's chest. Then it was bath time for the Bear (my son loved the scrubbing brush so much that I think he wanted to keep it lol). At the register I simply had to confirm my account. Easy! And affordable. We'll probably do it again for the baby we're expecting late this year!
