Then a problem arose in which his expensive laser testing tool said my bar wasn't gold. It was sealed in a plastic case to protect the bar and the maker's stamping. He suggested I call the company from whom I bought it, which I did but they offered no help. I went back to Tony and asked him to remove the container and rescan it - and all was well. Throughout all this Tony was considerate and helpful, as well as teaching me all the aspects about this sort of thing. I feel like he is a man of integrity and clearly he knows his business! Highly recommend. I will be back to sell my coin collection.
