The guys that run this place obviously love their job and are very knowledgeable about tabletop…read moregaming. They have a large selection with reasonable prices for a smaller store, as well as a large area full of discount minis and books. I know that it's tempting to buy the same product on Amazon or another big box store and save a few bucks, but remember that smaller stores have to purchase the same products at a higher price (they can't order the same bulk volume that Amazon can). The people here can also give you individualized recommendations, education about basically any tabletop gaming subject, informed recommendations, and are even happy to just shoot the breeze about gaming in general. That's the kind of attention that you will not get from an online store or a big box store. They rely on your purchases to keep their doors open.

But the idea of not accepting returns rubbed me the wrong way since it was described as new/old stock. He could have tested the unit before a return but I feel I was lied to and was never told he would not accept this as a return. So sad never have to go into this store again!!
