My son is a first time flyer and I didn't know much about electric planes. Not only was Randy knowledgeable, he was efficient as well. He had everything we wanted in stock and got us up flying the same day we purchased. After an unfortunate crash (very rare product failure) Randy got us back up and flying inside of 48 hours and he needed manufacturer approval!!! He has a customer for life!! I wasn't going to go back to the store but I couldn't finish a project without a few items. I was helped by TJ, this guy knows his stuff!!! Very knowledgable. While working with him, almost every employee and customer asked him questions. I recommend when going to the hobby shop talk to TJ and avoid the jerk of an owner. read more

I went in looking for information on a recreational drone. One of the sales persons explained in detail the difference between models, pricing, user upgrades, and warranties on their drones. I ended up doing a little research in my phone and their price was lower that anywhere I found online for the model I was wanting. I ended up buying the drone with an extra battery for cheaper than he online listed price. Excellent selection of buggys, car, planes, trains, helicopters, boats, and slot cars. read more

I was apprehensive about going there based off of the other reviews lately. We were helped by multiple employees today all of which were very pleasant and knowledgeable. My son does not have a high dollar remote control truck and I was concerned about how they would treat him but pleasantly surprised, they spent the time and effort to try to find him some aftermarket accessories The store has a lot of aftermarket parts for remote controlled cars and trucks. read more

My husband and I visited this store on two different occasions and I will never go there again. First my husband went in, "Yeah, I'm looking for a Nitro RC truck for my wife for Christmas". Their reply, "No man, don't get your wife a Nitro". My Husband explains, "No man really, she's been wanting one of these for years now". Their smug reply "Well, Walmart sells RC cars, get her one of those". Well needless to say my husband's hundreds of dollars were spent elsewhere and I got a Nitro RC Truck for Christmas and I LOVE it! So I stopped into the shop after Christmas looking for some after market parts and things to set up my hobby space. Rude worker says to me "Well, I can't help you, there's a reason I don't sell that brand of truck, they are pieces of sh*t." Well then ... I'll just walk out of here and never come back in.
