All their employees have been welcoming and conversant in all things Lego. Even if I'm not buying, I enjoy perusing their selection of retired sets as if it were a museum. The workers are always nice and helpful, the store is clean and organized, and even though parking can be tough, it's only because the place stays busy... everyone wants the deals.
