    The delivery guys did fine, but left no manuals or anything (it's all electronic furniture). The next day, the recliner wasn't working. Green light is blinking, controls on the side for reclining was blinking. Text the salesperson we purchased it from, and never heard from her. also text the chat bot and that said someone would be reaching out. Still heard nothing. Ended up having to call on 12/7 to finally get a hold of someone, for them to tell me they can't even send a tech out until 12/26 to look at my recliner. Now I'm paranoid of the other 2 having the same issue. We spent almost $5K on this furniture and less than 24hrs later a piece was broken and have to wait 3 weeks for someone to come look at it. I feel that's a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a repair for something brand new. Finally received a replacement recliner on 1/16. Had another tech come out to look at the loveseat that looks completely bent when you recline and not put together right. He of course says it's the "mechanism" and would put in an order to replace it. On 1/28 I receive a text that it's going to take 16-22 weeks to get that part in. Apparently they won't replace the love seat. Brand new furniture that we purchased in November 2024 and delivered in December of 2024. So far, I am not impressed w/ this store at all and I will not purchase anything from them ever again. I've attached pictures of the furniture we bought so everyone knows don't buy this furniture. It's made in Vietnam so if you need something repaired on it, just know you will be waiting 4-5 months at least for the part to come in, then they have to schedule to come to your area and where I live it's another 3-4 weeks out. I've also text the store manager yet again a cpl days ago and I have yet to hear back from him nor from the store when they said they would email the manufacturer about a replacement. This store does not care about you once they get your money. Don't waste your time.

This furniture company is soo negative they do not even able to BBB certified! They're BBB rating is ridiculously LOW & Terribly Bad! These people are frivolous & will intentionally RIP you and your entire family off! I had a great friend whom worked here for nearly a decade. Shady. Watch out you will get burned! They will sell you a piece of furniture that is NOT worth the value that you are paying for it and intentionally yet simultaneously make you feel like you are receiving a great deal! Sales Rep are Kingpins of Trickery!! It is BEST to NOT go here with any money - and DO not plan to waste your hard earned money here to say the very least! It is sad to see them rip off Ohio hard working families! Check the Better Business Bureaus website PRIOR to shopping here! You'll be ripped off and you may NEVER receive your money back.

    This is when the repair guy came.

    This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Wife and I have been looking for the right couch set. For about 4-5 years. We finally found one at Sandy's super store. They in store sales were fine. It was as soon as they dropped the couch off. It was missing a foot. So we asked before they left. The delivery guys said will get right on it. About a month later. We had to wait for the other service dept. to come out and install the screw on leg. Then from the couch sitting on the ground. I even told them that it shouldn't be sitting on the ground like that. They said it would be fine. When the repair guy came out. The entire inside of the brand new couch that we didn't even make a payment on yet. Was broke. The insides are cheap wood. I asked if I could return it. They said we had it too long. Now we have to deal with the service dept. the sales team. Just transfer you to the service department. Needless to say. This has been the worse experience I've ever had. I will never buy anything from these furniture stores. Now we have a broken couch that is brand new. Will say the sales team were nice. Once the sale was done. It was sorry talk to the service department. I have a lot more documentation on all of this.

    Don't waste your time or money. Spent $6000 on leather section, ottoman and recliner. Was supposed to have the recliner in 2 weeks and then told it be January, 2 months late. The ottoman, ($750), had no padding on corners and started to sag after 1 week. After complaining they finally sent someone out. He said they don't put much padding on the corners and it is not made for sitting on. REALLY! Been waiting for almost 3 weeks and after calling finally got repair scheduled. They could not give an approximate time just that it would be Thursday. They expect you to spend your whole day waiting on them. Never again will I grace their door.

    I really dislike leaving bad reviews but Big Sandy has not handled my concerns properly. I purchased a dining room set back in January 2023, shortly after receiving my set, one of the stools legs became wobbly. I put a service request in, and a technician came out and repaired. A couple months later, all of the stools became wobbly and even had some legs that broke. I put my service request in in May, here we are in November 2023, I'm still waiting for either new stools or getting current stools repaired. The store can't do anything, corporate hasn't done anything. I'm very annoyed about this, as I haven't used these stools since approx. May. A waste of money.

Regardless, it's a no for me, dawg. Here's the story. My spouse got on their website and found a couch we liked. We bought it. Cool, right? No big deal. This was sometime in March. The delivery was early April because of the pandemic and we understood completely! They said they'd call to set up a delivery time once their manufacturer sent them the couch. The date rolled around and we didn't hear from. We didn't hear from them until we called and they gave us a new delivery date. In May. Okay. Fine. The date rolled around and we didn't hear from them. We called. They told us the couch we ordered was out of stock. Wait, what? You couldn't have told us that when we bought it?? You let us pay for it and didn't even have it?! Crooks. We want our money back and they said no refunds. Ummmm you have to make a sale to refund something. You have our money and that's it. They gave us a June delivery date. Guess what? You notice a pattern going on? The date rolls around. Couch? Nope. Money back? Nope. Can we speak to the owner? Nope- he apparently doesn't speak with customers. WHAT?? What kind of business is this? After they gave us a July delivery date we filed a dispute with our credit card. Within 20 minutes they called us and told us we could pick up our couch by the end of the week. THE END OF THE WEEK!
