Next time someone asks to be measured I would tell them OFCOURSE WE DO and while measuring them ask some opened end questions to engage what they are looking for. No one ever wants to go shopping for a funeral, but it's unfortunately something you need to do from time to time. The team at this store was incredibly helpful and sensitive while getting my husband fitted for a new suit. They had great recommendations and nothing ever felt pushy or salesy ... we could tell they genuinely wanted to help him find the right fit and color scheme. I am sure this store gets busy on weekends given the location, but we pretty much had the place to ourselves on a Thursday after lunch. There's lots of parking out front, and other stores to browse too!

I honestly had no idea how to respond besides "because that is what yall sized me at" Unfortunately this is the only Jos A Bank within an hour drive, so I'll take what I can get. But if you are a manager reading this take note that you need to work on costumer service. This is not the only bad experience. When I was purchasing the suit I had an appointment, now I don't need to be treated like a king but I was disappointed when I came in and asked for my appointment and they had no idea what I was talking about. I was then sent to the back to get measured by a young man who seemed new (no harm in that we all start somewhere). He said to the lady who sent me to him "I don't know how to do the pants measurements" she said "it's easy just do it like the other measurments". Yeah needless to say that did not inspire confidence. Sure enough once the suit got to me it was not a good fit. Please train your staff until they are ready to work on their own. Suit buying should be a confidence inspiring experience Unfortunate this Jos A Bank is run like this because I am a big fan of my experiences at other Jos A Bank locations!

Found and fitted a suit in 20 minutes. Great service in finding a quality suit (nothing worse than a cheap looking suit - the point of wearing a suit is to look good). They helped me select a tie and recommended a new white dress shirt. Good advise since this was a formal function. 10 minute drive back to work. Went back the next day for pick up (30 minutes). No alteration fees! I price checked at Macy's a couple weeks later and I got a great deal.

"Why don't you keep your hands in your pockets, stop talking and listen" Thats what this person actually said to a trainee...
