My son is such an incredibly thoughtful young man. He bought these Jordans for me using his own money, when he saw them at a second hand sports store. I ended up bringing them to A+ Cleaners in downtown Centerville to have them sent out to be cleaned. When they came back, they practically looked brand new. Picked up 3 sweaters today-all were *hanging* on hangers so stretching out the shoulders! Has no one taught them how to fold sweaters onto hangers?!? One of the sweaters I usually wash myself, but it had a few ink stains I couldn't get out. I point them out at drop off, told them it was ink & that the sweater had been washed, but not put in a dryer. I got the sweater back with the same stains, looking identical to when I dropped it off. No apologies but their response was either a blank stare or an argument. No management response to even try to address the issues. I came to this cleaners for a while with my husband's dress shirts. They frequently left railroad tracks on the sleeves and it got to the point that I switched to another cleaner. They closed down, so I decided to give A+ another try. I recently got my husband's suit back and after coming home, my husband lifted the plastic to see that it looked terrible. I took it back and was basically accused of lying -- the person talking to me assumed it must have been smushed in the closet. If they had done the job right the first time, there would be no need to question the integrity of the customer - ever. Not only did they do a bad job, but the customer was wrong. I agree with Chanel M's review. This is the worse Dry Cleaners ever. They did such a poor job laundering my cargo shorts I stopped taking them and only took shirts for laundering. They lost one but eventually found it. Recently, November they lost another shirt, a nice Eddie Bauer flannel. After two months of numerous phone calls and visits to the shop someone eventually admitted the shirt was gone. Due to the fine print on the payment receipt, they are only liable for 10 times the cost of laundering. I finally received a check a few days ago for $28. They didn't even include the cost of laundering a shirt I never will see again. What a poor, poor business. There are plenty of other options in the area and would never recommend this establishment. Take your clothes here and you may never see them again, or the money you pay upfront to have them cleaned. read more

They have found a way to provide top quality dry cleaning at a surprisingly low cost. I can take clothes to the Bellbrook location on Monday morning and have them back by Tuesday evening. Was searching for a new dry cleaners closer to my home on account that my old cleaners wa getting a bit Charles's wit my clothes and decided to give this company a try. After taking all of my information because I was a new customer and me taking 18 pieces of clothes out of the laundry bag she rang up the items and then told me the cost, which she said I had to pay now, when I questioned it, she said that it was a new policy. Be forewarned although their cost might be lower than others in the area, they have different rule for certain customers. There were other people dropping off clothes and I didn't hear the other person ask them to pay. Off course I packed my clothes back in the bag and left....what a waste of my time. Would give 0 stars if possible. This is the worst dry cleaning service ever. To begin with, they ruined a comforter I took in years ago by washing it rather than dry cleaning it. Last week my mom took in a cushion off a chair that her cat had drooled on and they told me they could get it cleaned. They told her they could take the lining off the cushion and she told them multiple times not to take the lining off as it wouldn't go back in corrrctly. She went in to pick it up today and it was dirtier than when she took it in AND they broke the zipper which clearly shows they attempted to take the cover off after she expressed to them not to. They didn't charge her because they know they ruined her expensive cushion. She told the man working that it was dirtier than when she dropped it off and he argued with her and told her to "get out of his store" wow. Great customer service and way to try and make the situation better. My brother called in an attempt to see what options there may be to remedy the situation and have the cushion fixed and a woman answered the phone. He asked to speak to the owner and was told he wasn't there. My brother called back ten seconds later and the man who was rude to my mother answered and then hung up on my brother. I would use ANYONE else but this company. They will ruin your items and they have the worst customer service around. read more

I wouldn't suggest using this cleaners. They had my drapes for 11 days with a promise to have them back to me in 5 days. Claimed they sent them out to be cleaned. If they are using an outside agency to represent them I suggest they find a reputable and responsible third party. We had regular dry cleaning done, here, for a couple of years. The quality was inconsistent, but it was convenient, so we continued-until this event. An expensive, barely-worn item was returned ruined. We contacted the store. Employees said they couldn't help; they said we needed a manager, It took 7 calls and three weeks to reach a manager. Once reached, the manager said to "bring in the item and I will review the brand and product and call with an offer of compensation." We took in the item. We never were called. We called and visited the store to get a resolution. Employees always said they couldn't help and would have a manager or the owner call. We called and visited the store for five months attempting to reach the manager or owner, with no success. On a recent visit, the employee called the owner. Despite the five months of effort, the owner gave the employee a message instead of speaking with me. The owner said he knew which item was damaged and that they had a sign posted that that kind of damage wasn't covered. I didn't see any sign at the time it was dropped off and the item had been cleaned there twice prior. I asked the reason the manager told me we would be compensated. The employee said she didn't know. I asked why the owner didn't talk to me directly, and why it took me so much effort and five months to get any response. She said, "I'm just 16 and legit, I only work 4-7." I asked to speak with the owner. I have not gotten a call. There are numerous different ways this could and should have been handled by the manager and owner of this business. They have lost our, and others' business, as a result. I presented this scenario, with no names or business information, to a group of business students. They rapidly identified an extensive list of service failures and easy alternatives that should have been done. read more

I will never use or recommend this dry cleaner again! I took my son's $800 suit into the cleaners and they ruined it. I took the suit to be cleaned because we had a funeral to attend, at the viewing we noticed all these holes in the pants and jacket. I took the suit back the next day and the owner was not there. I went back in early the following day (I was told he only worked 7 to 1), talked to the manager who denied any wrong doing and he claimed that it was moths that did this; even though the holes were not there, when I dropped the suit off because I checked it over before dropping it off. He offered to let his seamstress look to see if she could fix it and of course she could not. I have tried to resolve this; the manager has never returned my calls or the suit. I am considering taking them to small claims court since they have been uncooperative in resolving this issue. I'm giving 1 star because it does not allow me to give less! read more
