I believe the dry cleaning was done properly but suspect that the fabric contained some fibers that were not polyester and should not have been dry cleaned. I spoke with the owner, Angie, and she agreed with my assessment. She refunded my cleaning costs and a significant portion of the cost of new draperies. I believe she handled the situation fairly. I will definitely use this company again.

It looks beautiful and brand new. The owner also offered you money if you still weren't pleased with the seamstresses work. They also gave you free dry cleaning. Sometimes you just can't make everyone happy no matter how hard you try. Your garments are still waiting for you. Maybe it wasn't the garments you wanted from the get go! And when you mistreat people and are rude and nasty, they will usually respond the same way. This owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, as are EVERYONE of his employees.
