To all the readers: this incident happened back in November to December of 2019. I am uploading this now because it's upsetting me even till this day. First off, if I had a choice to not give any star and still able to write a review, I would do that. That is my honest rate of what I experienced from them. 1. Wrong information was given about the price of their service upon drop off so I gave all my clothes that needed alterations not just the ones that are necessary - as a result, I paid over $200. 2. Poor time management - they had a whole month to finish their job, but still called me to let me know that the service will not be done on time. 3. Unprofessional alteration - see attached photo. They needed all that time, just to make me find out that they have done a sloppy job. Btw, I did complain to the lady that was working there upon pick up about the total price she was giving me but she wasn't the same young lady that spoke to me so she did not give a crap about what I was saying, and probably thought I was lying because I have no proof. If I knew that this was going to happen, I would've make a record of what that young lady was saying. I am wowed by their professionalism. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. read more

The service has declined! Ive been patronizing since 2011. I usually spend $250 per visit. Before the pandemic they were friendly offered coupons called to check on my satisfaction w service and called w reminders. Now they are rude and very non-accommodating. They actually told me that I cannot have 2 orders in at the same time! They also wouldn't give me a 2nd bag for my dry cleaning. As a long time consistent customer I feel my business is not valued or appreciated here. I will no longer support this establishment & will take my business elsewhere. read more

They did a great job with cleaning my military service dress! They also offer a military discount. They do not do alternations, which is fine with me but just something to be aware of ! They do recommend an alterations person to you though! read more

I dropped off my winter coat to have it cleaned before I store it till next year. I was very happy with the service i received from Sarah at the counter. She was very professional and pleasant. She told me about a coupon that would apply (thought that was great!). When I came in to pick up my coat, it looked fantastic! I went home and put it in the closet and it is good to go next year! This is my first review in years, but I felt compelled because of the excellent level of service provided at Long Cleaners. I brought in one of my best dress shirts and a wool Kenneth Cole sport coat which was missing a front button and the other two front buttons were terribly loose. Long Cleaners cleaned my items superbly, tightened both loose buttons on my Kenneth Cole Coat, and then went the extra mile to find a replace my exact missing button, without my request. Total cost: $3 for the shirt, $11 for the coat...not cheap but totally worth it. I will most definitely be returning for future dry cleaning needs. read more

I brought a shirt in to this place to have a stain treated. After picking it up and putting it on, I noticed the stain hadn't been touched. I took the shirt back, since they had clearly not done what I asked them to do. When I returned to pick it up, the lady insisted I pay for it (again). I don't think I should have to pay twice for a job just because the person you hire to do that job, doesn't do it the first time you pay them... but apparently this person does. It cost me $3 to get my shirt back. That $3 has cost Long Cleaners all of my future business. There are plenty of cleaners, and customer service is really the only thing that sets them apart. Every time, I am greeted with a warm smile, a how was your week?, and my ready to go dry cleaning hanging in front of me. It is a less than one minute transaction that keeps me in my way. Long Cleaners recently cleaned and repaired a couple of items for me. The cleaning was amazing. The cleaning wizards were able to clean the clothing free of perspiration stains that had been there for years. The mending and repair was superb. Two oopsies related to the repairs happily re-addressed. I can't say if the cost was pricer than other cleaners, I can add though that what I paid was worth every penny. The customer service staff (Cat) was thorough and very helpful with answering questions and assisting with identifying spot areas, as well as being attentive and utmost friendly and professional. I love you guys...thank you for helping me to restore some favorite dresses -- with your professional skills and talents it was soooo much fun to look like a million dollars. There is ample parking as this location is at a strip mall on the south-east side of Fairborn, off 675. There are four parking spots identified close to the front door. For anyone who is planing to use this cleaning service for alterations, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET A WRITTEN DETAILED ESTIMATE OF THE COST INCLUDING COST PER HOUR BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO THEIR SERVICES!!!!! They charge per hour which may result in a much higher charge then other businesses charge. Honesty DOES NOT seem to be their priority so MAKE SURE to get a written estimate because it will be their word against yours and I, the customer, was told I was wrong!!!!!!! The owner, Mr Long, informed me that I was "just another one of those customers who wants to get out of paying my bill". That was far from the truth.
