I traveled out of town with that and when I started to wear it I noticed big spots all over on my white shirt. I just brought it back and the response was that I should have checked it when I picked it up. I'm not sure how many customers really do that when they pick up their dry cleaning, specially when it's all covered in plastic. And they wanted me to pay for redoing the dry cleaning, which is pretty sad. They were willing to lose a customer for redoing the dry cleaning of a shirt that they messed up. I think that says a lot about their service mindset.

Sometimes you just can't make everyone happy no matter how hard you try. Your garments are still waiting for you. Maybe it wasn't the garments you wanted from the get go! And when you mistreat people and are rude and nasty, they will usually respond the same way. This owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, as are EVERYONE of his employees. I called the store when I was just a few blocks away at 2:55 to tell them I was on my way to pick up my cleaning and would be there before 3, which I was. The girl who answered the phone told me the drawer had already been cashed out and she couldn't take any more customers. I asked if I could at least bring what I had to drop off in. She said the alarm was already set for 3 o'clock and so she had to make sure everyone was out and everything was locked up BEFORE 3. I pulled up at 2:57 to see her pull out of the parking lot with someone who appeared to be her dad. I rather doubt the story she told me and she was very rude to a VERY long time customer. I will be calling management next week. I don't make a habit of showing up to stores right before close, but I did call, and I am definitely one if their most regular customers. Also, last week when I came in, the door was open, but no one was there. I had to get to work, so I could not stay to wait. That was a Friday afternoon a week ago.

However, she went to ask someone and came back and said that they sent them out, but could not guarantee the leather part. I dropped it off, and she told me they would call when it was done. When they never called me to say it was done, I called back in late March and the woman I spoke with said, "Well, you are not in our computer so we don't even know if you were really here." I called and spoke to the manager (Larry) and he essentially told me the same thing, but he said he would look around for it. I've spoken with him on the phone once since then, but he doesn't know what happened to it. It was suede and leather...a designer (Fossil) purse. Unfortunately, I couldn't find (misplaced) the receipt I was given....I knew where I had it, but it had been so long with no call to say it was done....somehow it got lost.

The cleaning was amazing…read more The cleaning wizards were able to clean the clothing free of perspiration stains that had been there for years. The mending and repair was superb. Two oopsies related to the repairs happily re-addressed. I can't say if the cost was pricer than other cleaners, I can add though that what I paid was worth every penny. The customer service staff (Cat) was thorough and very helpful with answering questions and assisting with identifying spot areas, as well as being attentive and utmost friendly and professional. I love you guys...thank you for helping me to restore some favorite dresses -- with your professional skills and talents it was soooo much fun to look like a million dollars. There is ample parking as this location is at a strip mall on the south-east side of Fairborn, off 675. There are four parking spots identified close to the front door. When I was at Long Cleaners today, another customer came in behind me. This customer shared that she came to Long Cleaners from Springfield, Ohio. Now, that's what I call a testimonial.
