I've brought my comforter here a few times with perfect results. A week ago, I took my dress winter coat for a cleaning after having a dog lay all over it at an ugly Christmas sweater party. The lady at the counter is always kind and friendly and makes sure she takes care of what I need. I even like that she inspects the item upon pick-up. Conveniently located in the plaza right off Wilmington and 675, this location is close to work, the highway, and has decent business hours.

I talked to the owner and he admitted it was probably a mistake his company made and then he the owner floored me when he told me to take the shirt back to the manufacturer. What what do they have to do with a+ messing my shirt up. Word of advice stay away from this cleaner if they mess up your shirt they don't stand by there business and let there clients out in the cold.

But she then proceeded to charge me an additional $6 just for running over my vest with a lint roller before cleaning it? The vest itself was only $9 to be cleaned. Which means I paid almost double just because there was a little cat hair on it. I don't see myself going back. There are plenty of other cleaners in the area.

One of the sweaters I usually wash myself, but it had a few ink stains I couldn't get out. I point them out at drop off, told them it was ink & that the sweater had been washed, but not put in a dryer. I got the sweater back with the same stains, looking identical to when I dropped it off. Very disappointed.
