It looks beautiful and brand new. The owner also offered you money if you still weren't pleased with the seamstresses work. They also gave you free dry cleaning. Sometimes you just can't make everyone happy no matter how hard you try. Your garments are still waiting for you. Maybe it wasn't the garments you wanted from the get go! And when you mistreat people and are rude and nasty, they will usually respond the same way. This owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, as are EVERYONE of his employees. Metropolitan Dry Cleaners will go above and beyond to give their customers the best possible service and it's heartbreaking when people post untruths!

One of the sweaters I usually wash myself, but it had a few ink stains I couldn't get out. I point them out at drop off, told them it was ink & that the sweater had been washed, but not put in a dryer. I got the sweater back with the same stains, looking identical to when I dropped it off. Very disappointed.

Was told the owner changed the price. Ha. Took one item back was told it b ready for pickup on Thursday. Went to get Thu Fri sat n Monday each time was told it wasn't even in their computer huh. The employees called the owner on 2 occasions left message and my number. Did I hear from her. NO. NO went on Tuesday n owner was there. I told her I didn't like the price change she told me I was quoted wrong price I said that's BS n she got really rude I then told her I was in 4straight days n employees couldn't find my item. But I was more bothered by the owner. When she found out what I do for a living she went on a rant about how all of my clients would be better off dead and I am just wasting my time. Needless to say, I will never be back. There are lots of cleaners in the area who will do a job at least as good if not better for a lower price, without the lunatic opinions.

Now it is under Metropolitan Cleaners and not only did they purchase the name, stock, etc. but they took the stock they purchased and then reprocessed, and dry clean as opposed to launder and charging you for dry-cleaning. WTFudge, they charged me for an XL King when it is a Queen size. Do not trust them at all. When confronted they tried to educate me on how a business purchases inventory and blah, blah, blah. Not good service. The comforter looks great, but not for this hassle. Bring back the original owner's store policy and staff, then I will come back.
