We have a regular pitched roof btw..) His excuse now is communication. Your written quote should be all the communication we need! False promises. Brendan claims it will all disappear with time. We have paid people before and the house has looked pristine every time before. It looks barely touched after Brendan came out. As a matter of fact, there was debris from our tree still on the one story garage roof (small sticks and flower petals) after they left that I sent pictures of to him yo prove my claim. I emailed him multiple times trying to come to a resolution, and he just keeps saying it will go away with time. He stopped responding to my emails after a day. I would NEVER recommend this company.
