The back half has no drip edge and with the recent wind a shingle had ripped off because it was not nailed in the nailing strip causing it to fail. When requesting someone to come and take a look they just emailed me and said there is no warranty and a quote to replace 1 shingle for $285. I let them know it was done incorrectly and they told me "I will note your decline of the proposal in our records." Terrible work and worse customer service.

It was a very big and complex project because of the multiple steep pitch roof areas, replacing gutters, encasing chimney with stone. They did quality work.
