Alex came out within a day of our call, took the time to actually inspect the issues and proposed a reasonable plan that fit our budget. His team completed the work quickly and efficiently. I went with RUS Roofing based on their excellent reviews and BBB score, the very reasonable quote that I received, the quality of the materials that they use, and the personal, prompt, & thorough communication by the owner, Alex. RUS totally exceeded our expectations - we were blown away by what a fantastic job they did! True to what has been mentioned in other reviews, Alex was on the job from start to finish - not only supervising his amazing 8-man crew, but actively participating. He took lots of photos from up on the roof so that he could show us progress and explain the unexpected trouble issues that they found as they stripped the old shingles. The crew took care to protect all of the landscaping and outdoor deck spaces while they worked, and cleaned up every speck of debris when they were done. They even went the extra mile by adding some missing vent covers, and painted all the vents and flashing. Alex was super professional, clearly knew his stuff, and was just such a pleasure to work with. The crew was likewise very skilled and friendly, and incredibly hard-working. They showed up at 7 AM on a Saturday and were at it nonstop for 12 hours - got the whole job done in a day, leaving us with a gorgeous new roof and a spotless yard. I was a little nervous selecting a roofer without any sort of personal referral, but they were truly awesome and I would enthusiastically recommend Alex & RUS Roofing to anyone needing roof work done!

What I love best is they don't charge trip fees like many other home services. You can also talk to him for advice and recos or ask about things not even listed and Dan will see if he can make it happen. They offer package deals in case you want a more frequent home maintenance plan that is reasonably priced to ask about. Give Dan a call or shoot him and email to request a quote!
