A few feet of pole was buried in cement next to our driveway. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly (in the rain!) for an hour and a half! He dug around the cement, then used a jack hammer to break it up and release the pole. After it was out, he filled the hole with the dirt and rocks from the broken cement and hauled some of the larger rocks to our back yard.
