We are retired and have homes in Florida and Ohio. When we returned from Florida in late July we…read morenoticed that some of the neighbors were having roof work done. They told us that in early April there was a heavy hail storm in the area and some of the roofs were damaged. On August 4, Matt Wiechelman of Feazel Roofing knocked on our door and asked if we would like to have our roof inspected for damage. We agreed and after walking the roof he showed us pictures of the hail damage. We contacted our insurer (Cincinnati Financial) and an adjuster came out the next day and agreed the roof should be replaced. Replacement was scheduled for August 19. At 7 am that morning an army of the hardest workers that we have ever seen arrived to start removing the old roof. They laid tarps to protect the landscaping and concrete and got to business. By 8:00 pm that night we had a new roof. They stayed until 9:30 cleaning up (with flashlights) and the next morning two workers came to clean up the remaining small debris and any nails or metal. Matt came out that day and checked on the work and on our satisfaction. We are very happy with Feazel and Cincinnati Insurance. We would recommend both.

QA called on the first and said I had to go there for the inspection again, but didn't send anyone, the second person called back and said they would send a quote. When I finally received the quote it was way higher than others and the trust by that time was already lost. Recommend RUS Roofing.

In the midst of my evening delirium from caring for our infant son after a long day of chasing…read morearound our toddler, I noticed a couple of dark spots on our second floor ceiling. A bone-chilling thought occurred: We might have a leaky roof! We contacted Bone Dry Roofing, and I received a prompt call back. We were able to schedule to have someone come out to do a free estimate within a couple of days. John arrived on time and was very respectful of our home and our napping kids. He went in to the attic to take a look at spots where I reported possible leaks. I also asked him to take a look at our chimney since Bone Dry Roofing has masons on staff as well. After taking his time to thoroughly check out our attic, including taking pictures of all locations of interest, John went on to our roof to further inspect everything. The end result? He told me that the moisture I noticed is actually very fluky, because we set our inside humidity level a little too high and our attic isn't very well-ventilated. As a result, significant ice build-up during the recent string of week-long below-freezing temperature suddenly melted during a couple of warm days, that, normally our insulation would be enough to absorb the moisture but in this case the ice build-up was too much. He reported that our roof is actually in good shape, even if our attic isn't well-ventilated. At the end, he gave me basically four options. Option 1 is to simply not do anything and turn our inside humidity way down during exceptionally cold days (15%). Option 2 is to spend a few hundred dollars to add a couple of more vents to allow moisture to escape. Option 3 would be the biggest job, spending a couple of thousand to add a state-of-the-art full attic ventilation system. We very much appreciated the comprehensive list of options, and John did not try to make a hard sell on any of the options that actually would cost us money. It's quite apparent that Bone Dry is a very honest company and not out to squeeze a buck out of every home visit. When we do decide to do something about our attic, we will definitely go with Bone Dry's options without contacting another contractor.

Bone Dry stepped in and took over the fight with my insurance repeatedly contacting them, providing arguments and proof of why it should be covered.... Long story short, I ended up getting both my home AND my detached garage fully covered. I'm so very thankful to Bonedry for taking on the stressfull handling of my claim making sure my coverage was honored as it should be! My roof looks beautiful and I would recommend Bone Dry to anyone and use them again should I ever have the need! A++++! Ohh... And both roofs were replaced within a single day! Phenomenal!
