It was a year old and now it looks 10 yrs old. you can see where they pressured washed "at it" leaving marks. I asked them multiple times to redo the floor of the deck. the promised to come after 10 days and didn't show up. then I told them that was it, didn't want them back. they showed up the next day without my permission, trespassing on my property. I was not able to use my deck for 2 weeks because of this. Now they refuse to refund any of the money I paid them. Stay away- poor quality and poor customer service

So 6 days after the wash is compete (yesterday afternoon) he contacts me by text to ask if I have an email he can send my invoice to. I provide one and he sends it. I plan on paying it The next day or this weekend as I have paid for a class directly after work. During the class my phone starts ringing, 2 calls, the second with a voicemail asking how am I going to pay, oh...and I don't accept mailed checks. 20 minutes or so go by and he starts texting, can I pay tonight and did you get the invoice...again, I received the invoice that afternoon. Oh, and the friendly reminder that he doesn't accept mailed checks. I think I got 4 text messages during my class. I think 3 hours is an unacceptable expectation for payment, especially when you don't accept standard methods of payment. There was no option for me to use a credit card or even send a payment directly from my checking account. Yes, they did a nice job at power washing, but no I would not recommend them. At this point I'm feeling harassed for payment on an invoice I received less then 24 hours ago. I will share this with home advisors where I got the recommendation of the follow up.

Everyone that came to the house was prompt, respectful and did a great job. She has a vaulted ceilings and skylights so definitely a challenge. She said she has seen zero streaks...and I guarantee if there were any she would see them! She also appreciated them taking the screens down and cleaning those as well. They took great care not to disturb any items inside and to not damage anything outside. All of that and she said the price was very reasonable as well. It really lifted her spirits to have such clean windows and gave her children peace of mind to know that she wasn't taken advantage of and found a company who takes pride in their work.

It's nice that one company can take care of your house from top to bottom. I initially called about about getting my deck ready for winter (which they quickly took care of) and once I talked to the rep who came to my house I realized I had about 4 more things around the house they could help me with and all of them were fixed quickly. We had a very bad experience with this company and write this review to warn others to be careful…read more Like other reviews I have read we contacted this company with specific work we wanted done and after a walk through they convinced us that other work needed to be done. Unfortunately it turned out some of this did not need to be done. First, we received a very high quote to do our deck and when we asked for a breakdown we were told it needed to be stripped first -- this seemed odd so we didn't have it done. We have been able to get it done for less than half of what we were quoted and that individual did not strip the deck. Second, the estimator told us that our windows needed to be caulked and we trusted him and agreed to have that done. When Maintain First workers came they asked my wife what we wanted to have caulked because it didn't look like it was needed. Unfortunately, when I checked the windows, the worker was correct - the windows didn't need to be caulked. Third, we asked to have the mold/mildew off the gutters. The gutters on two sides of the house are easy to get to and the gutters on the other two sides are difficult to get to. Remarkably, the two sides of the house where it is easy to get to the gutters are clean. On the other two sides of the house the gutters were not cleaned and the worker told us he tried but his cleaner wouldn't work". Our deck is on one of these sides, so we got a step stool and wiped the gutter with rag and bleach and it came completely clean immediately. In the spring we will pay to have this done correctly Fourth, our toilet was running and we had them put in new guts. Unfortunately, within 6 weeks the toilet was leaking and the tank would not fill back up with water; and we had a plumber come and look at it. He replaced all the parts and told us that inferior products had been installed and that's why they failed. Finally, we wanted the windows washed and when they came to wash the windows the worker only wanted to do the outside of the windows because the contract we signed only specified washing the outside of the windows. He produced a copy of the contract and when we compared it to the original contract that we kept in a file - the two contracts were different. Their copy of the contract indicated that we only wanted the outside of windows done and my copy of the contract did not specify "exterior only" - it merely indicated that the windows were to be washed. So please keep your original contract handy.
