I asked to speak with Mitchell Meurer and was told that he retired. I asked to speak with the current owner, Jeff Meurer, and was told he was not in the office. I left my name and phone number and requested a call back. He has not called. A check of their on-line listing on Yelp showed that Blue Ash was in the middle of their supposed area of operations. This is no way for a reputable business to treat a repeat customer, or any potential customer. Perhaps an explanation of why Blue Ash residents are no longer welcome as customers of JK Meurer would make me feel better about the rude treatment!

The gentleman who came out was very responsive, nice to talk to, and cleaned up his mess. I was told I would be needing a drone inspection of the chimney though as it was not easily accessible. I then was given a time when someone would stop by and inspect my chimney via drone. The time came and went and there was no contact from CCS. I then reached out again and was told everything looked fine and there were no issues. I asked if there were any pictures of the chimney they could share. I was told no they didn't take any. I then went back and looked on my outdoor camera and noticed that the truck arrived at my house at the day in question but no one ever left the truck. No drone ever exited the truck. Nothing was actually done and 5 mins after the truck arrived, the truck left. I then pointed this out to the owner/operator and all communication stopped. I would stay away from this company before investing thousands of dollars with them as you obviously cannot trust what they say. Beware.
