History
Established in 2026.
No Big Deal Home Solutions was founded by Jo Deal after seven years on the front lines of insurance restoration across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky — walking thousands of roofs, sitting in countless adjuster meetings, and recovering settlements homeowners didn’t know they were owed.
The company was built on a simple promise: take the most stressful moment a homeowner can face — a storm-damaged roof, a denied claim, a confusing insurance process — and make it no big deal.
While the brand is new, the experience isn’t. By cutting out commissioned sales reps and working directly with every customer from first inspection to final invoice, Jo delivers honest pricing, craftsman-level installs, and white-glove communication. Backed by partnerships with GAF, United Restore, and Acorn financing — and grounded in deep Xactimate and supplement expertise
Meet the Business Owner: Joe D.
Hi, I’m Joe. I started No Big Deal Home Solutions after seven years in insurance restoration — years spent watching homeowners get steamrolled by commissioned sales reps, rushed installs, and insurance runarounds.
I built this company to be the opposite of that. No high-pressure sales. No subcontracted strangers showing up on your roof. Just me — on the phone, in your driveway, on the ladder — walking you through every step from first inspection to final invoice.
I’m based right here in Goshen and serve Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. When a storm hits, I’m the one you call, the one who climbs the roof, and the one who goes to bat with your adjuster. That’s the No Big Deal promise: turn the worst day a homeowner can have into something handled.
