Try me. Trust me 40-56 mph winds will not do these types of damages where your shingle is rated for 50-60 mph winds and architectural shingles rated for 75+mph winds Im from Texas and have been in the area visiting and have friends here that have told me to take a look at their roofs after these guys from American Home Tech have inspected their roofs. These guys can't even look at me in the face when I'm talking about it on the roof. One of the guys admitted to me and stated that's why he wants to become an adjuster and do right instead of wrong because of their "standards". These are man made creased back shingles!! If they are committing damages to your roof why would you trust them? These contractors are salesman at the end of the day and if theres no work of course they're going to create damage and say your roof is completely damaged because they know you won't get on the roof! Don't be such a fool! I will be buying more chalk because I didn't expect to see this. I will be posting more photos of fraud damages once I inspect what they are claiming "wind damage" on my other friend's homes. And from what I've seen they are all the same just on different roofs. All were nice but more expensive or wouldn't do the job with the materials I wanted. I settled on Jason because he was completely upfront, had a competitive price, and was amenable to my requests for roof ventilation and gutter guards. His company did my neighbors roof and they gave me his name. There is another fellow, I believe his name is Dennis that uses the Kaiser name, but not the same. Both can be very important depending on your situation. A lot of companies only carry one brand of gutter guard and believe me after extensive research they are not very good. I settled on LeafBlaster Pro and Jason was more than willing to put them on my house. Jason can also get any brand of shingle you prefer. I settled on Certainteed Landmark shingle. Number 2 on the market versus another brand that is popular out in Colorado because of hail. Please be very cautious about contractors advising ridge vents and other options for ventilating your roof/attic. Many things they tell you need can be counter productive, meaning hot air never gets out. Ridge vents aren't the solution. So many of the houses in my area have ridge vents and don't need them, beca of ho air rising works they can keep hot air in. FYI, get more insulation. I would recommend Kaiser and Jason to my best friends, neighbors, and fraternity brothers. He is as they say good people and he knows what he is doing.

The prior three roofers I contacted had either presented a quote, and didn't respond when I accepted, or just didn't work up the estimate, even though they were on my property to do so. JAF's quote was lower than two of the previous, and the job was completed seamlessly, ahead of schedule, and the grade/color of shingles placed were perfectly matched to my brick color. You could barely tell they had been on my property because the cleanup was immaculate, down to cleaning the leaf pile in my driveway from the winter.
