I wanted to share our experience with American Home Tech. Back in the summer of 2025, we had water damage in our kitchen and in our enclosed porch. Apparently, some of the shingles on our roof had wind damage and were no longer sealed to the shingles below. When a wind-driven rain came along, water was getting inside. We contacted Lee with American Home Tech, and they came to our home to do a quick inspection. They confirmed that we needed major repairs--so extensive that a full roof replacement would likely be required. After several trips by Lee to our home, meeting with insurance adjusters and inspectors, and countless emails back and forth with our insurance company, the job was finally fully approved for a total roof replacement. Lee and the entire team at American Home Tech were instrumental in getting us to that point. On the day of the work, the crew arrived on time, stayed on top of everything, and completed the job the same day. This truly shocked me because, during the tear-off of the old shingles, they discovered that plywood sheathing had to be added since our 1x6 boards were not a suitable surface for the new shingles. Not only did they do the right thing by completing the job properly, but they also reached out to the insurance company again to get the additional sheathing approved. In addition to the roof work, we also needed interior plaster repairs and painting, which they completed to perfection. We are extremely pleased to have found American Home Tech and would refer them to anyone who could use their services. They work hard, have a solid work ethic, and are trustworthy. American Home Tech replaced my roof after wind/storm damage. First thing that comes to mind about AHT is exceptional customer service, promptness, and great quality work. From start to finish every interaction was so positive. Every team member of AHT went out of their way to make this process simple. Justin initially contacted me and made me aware of the damage on my roof. He was very easy to talk to and I really felt relieved that this was the company I could trust. With my permission, he called my home owners insurance and processed the claim; he made the insurance claim so simple! Note: Justin sent me a very thoughtful text when he was made aware of my pet's death. The morning of the build, crew members were prompt, hardworking and finished project in one day, amazing! Crew members were incredible; they did a fast and clean job! I was so impressed how the crew worked in sync. Tarps were laid around the whole house for protection of landscaping and finally left the area one hundred percent clean from any nails and damaged shingles. Zack and nick from American home tech were amazing and very professional! My grandmother bought our house in 1953 and we have been very fortunate to have a well built family house! Our roof has a massive square footage and is bery high and steep, and we had some wind and hail damage because of a storm in March. I knew that our insurance company should pay for the damage that has occurred and I also knew that working with these companies can be very challenging if you were inexperienced. I called around and met with over 10 area roofing companies and after meeting with them all it was a no brained that American home tech was the right dependable company to go with. The amount of staff that they have mixed in with the ability to go back and forth with the insurance companies was a big plus. We hit approved for a brand new roof with all of the extras that come along with it. The company got everything done in 2 days and now we have the best roof on the street. Finally the communication thanks to nick and Zack was so of the best that I have every been apart of when it comes to dealing with a major home repair company! My roof was damaged by hail and high winds earlier this year. I admit that I can be overly cautious so I shopped around for roofers based on reputation and reviews, but I was stuck in analysis paralysis. American Home Tech was a startup company in the beginning of this year so I wanted to make sure they were here to stay. My neighbors were raving about them and how they took care of dealing with insurance so that I wouldn't have to. Once a few of the neighbors' houses were complete and knowing a little about construction and roofing myself, I could see that they did quality work. If I had any problems, like one of the reviews commenting about someone never showing up, I would not have hesitated to drop them in a second. So, I decided to give them a shot. The company operated in a timely manner and met their commitments to me. They handled all of the insurance chaos on my behalf as described by my neighbors. Zach knocked on our door at the right time and honestly we have had a dozen roof companies knock on our door and I use my standard "Already have somebody lined up" and away they go. With Zach. I was ready to get some advice and he seemed the right guy from the get go. He was on the roof in minutes and shortly thereafter we were talking to our insurance company. I'm in the building industry and old. Plenty of experience with sales pitches etc. I can't speak highly enough of AHT and every individual we dealt with. My experience with American Home Tech has been great. They dealt with my insurance company because I don't know the correct language when it comes to roofing. My business with them started from the estimator to the finished roof and they never gave up on contacting my insurance company, sadly, like I did. Without their help and knowledge I wouldn't have been able to have a new roof over my head. Brady Weingartner, Project Manager, was so very helpful and made sure all supplies were there for the crew to do their job, which they did a fantastic job, no mess was left behind and they made it all happen in one day! Brady answered all my questions I had, very polite and came back the next day to make sure everything was good, no mess, we saw no nails on the ground/lawn and I have no complaints at all. Let me start by saying that I'm a very particular person. Some people may even say that I have issues. We had storm damage in our neighborhood and my neighbors insurance company referred him to American Home Tech. I'm happy they did because they're who I used and I couldn't be happier. Jordy Collins came to my home and did the inspection. He took detailed pictures and marked the damaged shingles for reference. He walked me through the claim process with my insurance company and made the whole process seamless. The installation crew arrived before the sun came up getting ready to go to work. After American Home Tech did our neighbor's roof, I talked to their representative Justin R., who offered to do a free inspection immediately. He found a lot of wind damage, took lots of photos, and worked with our insurance company, meeting with the adjustor to inspect the roof together. Once the OKed , another agent, Terry G., worked with us to explain the process and go over our options, then quickly scheduled a work date. When the date arrived, Al C. and his crew arrived right on time. They worked continuously all day, and were able to finish the job in a day. I had a great experience with American Home Tech! From the guy that initially came to my house, to Justin coming out for the inspection. Oh I can not say enough about Justin! He was so kind, thoughtful, courageous and knowledgeable! American Home Tech did a brilliant job installing a gorgeous new roof from start to finish. They offered a free inspection which revealed wind damage to our roof. The facilitated a claim with our insurance company~ set a date and showed up promptly and finished on time. The entire experience with the staff and the workers was excellent~ great communication and exceptional courtesy. They covered the deck and garden area for protection, cleaned up at the end of the job perfectly, and still sent someone to clean the yard again a few days later. They were efficient and not only replacing the roof but works with my insurance to replace the entire roof, whereas the insurance only wanted to place a portion. They replace the roof in five-six Hours, we're on time, professional and took the time to clean up after themselves. They even Took the extra step Do use a metal detector to locate any displaced nails that may have fallen. They were awesome! Salesperson was friendly, polite, and did not try to lead me down a rabbit hole. Upon booking job, they held true to the date expressed for repairs. Repairs were made that seem professional looking without going on the roof myself. I did have an issue with the amount of service quoted versus what was actually done. When expressing that to the billing agent, she escalated the issue and a mutually beneficial resolution was had within a day. Kudos to them for acting with integrity on that. read more

Jeremy's siding team was absolutely wonderful as was Tyler's windows team. Doran and Chris did a great job with the doors and Kevin did a great job with the window sills.
