We hired Rus Roofing to replace our gutters and downspouts and couldn't be happier with the results. Alex came out within a day of our call, took the time to actually inspect the issues and proposed a reasonable plan that fit our budget. His team completed the work quickly and efficiently. After researching multiple companies, getting several quotes, and going through the process firsthand, I can confidently say Rus Roofing is the best company you can hire for the job! read more

I researched local roofing companies online and selected several to bid on replacing our 23-yr old roof. I went with RUS Roofing based on their excellent reviews and BBB score, the very reasonable quote that I received, the quality of the materials that they use, and the personal, prompt, & thorough communication by the owner, Alex. RUS totally exceeded our expectations - we were blown away by what a fantastic job they did! True to what has been mentioned in other reviews, Alex was on the job from start to finish - not only supervising his amazing 8-man crew, but actively participating. He took lots of photos from up on the roof so that he could show us progress and explain the unexpected trouble issues that they found as they stripped the old shingles. The crew took care to protect all of the landscaping and outdoor deck spaces while they worked, and cleaned up every speck of debris when they were done. They even went the extra mile by adding some missing vent covers, and painted all the vents and flashing. Alex was super professional, clearly knew his stuff, and was just such a pleasure to work with. The crew was likewise very skilled and friendly, and incredibly hard-working. They showed up at 7 AM on a Saturday and were at it nonstop for 12 hours - got the whole job done in a day, leaving us with a gorgeous new roof and a spotless yard. I was a little nervous selecting a roofer without any sort of personal referral, but they were truly awesome and I would enthusiastically recommend Alex & RUS Roofing to anyone needing roof work done! read more

I contacted RUS Roofing after I got an absurdly high estimate from another local company for gutter work we needed done on our home. The owner, Alex, came out very quickly to our house to give us an estimate. He came in at less than a third of the other company and proposed pretty much the same work to be done. From start to finish, Alex was wonderful to deal with - highly responsive, explained things fully, and got us on his schedule even sooner than he promised. Work was done and cleaned up in less than a day. Alex arrived with his employee to get them situated and was back later in the day to make sure we were pleased with the job and that the debris had been cleared out. We were very pleased with the quality of work, and Alex and his team are lovely people to boot. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

Messaged 6pm on a Wednesday about some work after some wind. Alex was out and done by 2pm the next day. I even asked to do 2 more minor items that were bugging me. He knocked them out with a smile on his face. I was working from home so needed a little a heads up on when they would be headed to the house. Great communication and follow through throughout. Thanks! read more

I recently had RUS Roofing replace a gutter on my home. Alex came out and explained what needed to be done and also pointed out some shingle damage that two other companies missed pointing out. His crews did a fantastic job replacing the gutter, adding a gutter guard and replacing the broken shingles. I'm very happy with the whole experience. The crew was very professional and cleaned up any debris. The pricing was also very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend RUS Roofing. read more

I needed to replace the entire roof of my newly purchased house in Oakley, and I reached out to a few vendors for the quote and consultation. Run Roofing stood out by presenting professionalism and efficiency. It was easy to communicate with Alex regarding the quotation, timeline, and other details. His crew showed up as scheduled and did a great job. What impressed me the most and set them apart from the other vendor I've used was that they cleaned up the debris very well, leaving my property and the neighbor's clean and tidy. Would recommend their service. read more

I called on a rainy day for same day service and Karen and Alex were great. Unfortunately, when Alex got there it was beginning to rain but he still climbed up on my roof to access the work. He also said my roof job I had done wasn't the best, but he wasn't pushy or looking to up-charge. He said he could get the job done within the week(this was great because my home is for sale and under contract) and they did. We had some rain delays but Karen and Alex were helpful throughout which means a lot because I live in Texas and my property is in Ohio. During the project there was more damage that needed to be repaired than originally thought from my home inspection. Karen sent pics and the additional work was only $200. There was a 4% fee for using debit/credit cards but the customer service was so great I didn't mind. Karen also texted when I couldn't answer and sent lots of pictures throughout the job. Very satisfied. read more

Rus Roofing completed our job today, which included a full roof replacement, removal of old tv antennas, cupola, and repair/addition of 3 skylights. We couldn't be more pleased with their work which was completed in one day. The skylights are amazing and made such a difference in our home. Beautiful work and the natural light brightened up 2 rooms! The crew is very professional, efficient and skilled. They leave your home and property without a trace of dirt or debris. We did a lot of research and received several quotes but Rus Roofing far exceeded any competition in price or quality of service. read more

When our roof received hail damage and needed to be replaced we began researching local roofing companies in and around Cincinnati. After meeting with several of them, we were most impressed with RUS Roofing and selected them to perform all of the repairs. They did a great job of explaining the process to us and offered the most options for upgrades, additional features, and warranties. We also found it of great value that they provide an annual inspection and perform general maintenance to help extend the life of our new roof. Now that the project is complete it is quite clear that we made the right choice. From start to finish the project went smoothly and we would definitely recommend RUS Roofing to all of our friends and family. read more
