The quote was reasonable and he said he'd be here the next day, so I took him up on his offer. To his credit, the 2 trees were cut down and the 3rd tree was trimmed within 2 days. However, it has been over 2 months of abysmal communication trying to figure out when he will be back to grind the stumps from the trees he cut down as well as clean up additional debris. When I was able to get a hold of him, he'd say he would be here on a certain day and then he wouldn't show up and won't respond to messages.
