The quote was reasonable and he said he'd be here the next day, so I took him up on his offer. To his credit, the 2 trees were cut down and the 3rd tree was trimmed within 2 days. However, it has been over 2 months of abysmal communication trying to figure out when he will be back to grind the stumps from the trees he cut down as well as clean up additional debris. When I was able to get a hold of him, he'd say he would be here on a certain day and then he wouldn't show up and won't respond to messages.

They are dishonest and without any sort of work ethic. *EDIT* Please read the owner's response below, this will 100% show you what type of company they are and how unethical they are. Funny how easy they try to get out of completing a job. I'd love to see this contract he says that he has and see if it matches the little receipt we have. I was in fact at the home when this happened and spoke to him. I'm not sure how he sleeps at night cheating people the way he does. Please Google the company and see how he treated people and the complaints. We wish we would have.
