I had…read morethem pack and ship a few of my orders and it costs me hundreds of dollars only for every order to arrive damaged .I called and got accused of lying and then I emailed them the photos from the customers and they called me back saying they packed it right for me to contacted UPS for a refund when obviously they were wrong for not securing the items properly! Long story short i just let it go even though I should have got refunded by them.. I gave them another try and SAME thing rude and poor customer service skills..
