I recently contacted Domicone Printing to arrange for the printing of a Celebration of Life program…read morefor my late wife. I spoke with John who was very sympathetic and who assured me that they would take good care of me. I learned that this long time printing business went above and beyond, and that they truly care about their customers and the community. They did an excellent job and I can't say enough about their great service. I highly recommend them. - V Adkins (May 2026)

That on his return she did not tell him was next day, was not "imperative" it had to be there the next day. Really?? I did not use the word imperative to the employee, I guess the fact that I paid for next day delivery would imply Imperative, right?? When I asked for refund, he agreed.....IF I come back from Dayton to his store and he can only then look up the receipt to credit the card back. Bottom line is her error is HIS fault for poor training, for his lack of follow through when he returned. Better off taking packages to FedEx, USPS direct if "Impertive" it gets there on time.

Long Cleaners recently cleaned and repaired a couple of items for me. The cleaning was amazing…read more The cleaning wizards were able to clean the clothing free of perspiration stains that had been there for years. The mending and repair was superb. Two oopsies related to the repairs happily re-addressed. I can't say if the cost was pricer than other cleaners, I can add though that what I paid was worth every penny. The customer service staff (Cat) was thorough and very helpful with answering questions and assisting with identifying spot areas, as well as being attentive and utmost friendly and professional. I love you guys...thank you for helping me to restore some favorite dresses -- with your professional skills and talents it was soooo much fun to look like a million dollars. There is ample parking as this location is at a strip mall on the south-east side of Fairborn, off 675. There are four parking spots identified close to the front door. When I was at Long Cleaners today, another customer came in behind me. This customer shared that she came to Long Cleaners from Springfield, Ohio. Now, that's what I call a testimonial.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!! Placed an order for copying , got a verbal quote and was told…read morethat it would be emailed as well as a sample of the work to be copied. We never received any other communication. We were told it would take 5 days (estimated). No communication. We called and changed a detail and was told $10-$15 change in our verbal estimate. We continued to call finally were told the project would be completed by Tuesday afternoon. We made plans to be there at an appointed time , the order was still being processed. When the bill was presented it was $150 MORE THAN THE VERBAL ESTIMATE! After much discussion with counter worker we eventually split the difference in increased fees. We were told that paper and ink had gone up (in a week). When i asked to see the original order sheet it couldn't be found (the other girl wrote it up and she has gone home so the worker didn't know where to look). Logic did not work, We raised our voice and the counter worked escalated even further with inaccuracies. We begrudgingly paid the bill but the customer service was terrible and the lack of follow up on estimates and changes was appalling and frankly disrespectful to us as customers. BEWARE OF THESE FOLKS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED ANYWHERE!
