I had them ship a small package, next day ground, to a Client who had to have it next day. Client calls saying no package. When I call David he blames his new employee, he wasn't there. That on his return she did not tell him was next day, was not "imperative" it had to be there the next day. Really?? I did not use the word imperative to the employee, I guess the fact that I paid for next day delivery would imply Imperative, right?? When I asked for refund, he agreed.....IF I come back from Dayton to his store and he can only then look up the receipt to credit the card back. Bottom line is her error is HIS fault for poor training, for his lack of follow through when he returned. I worked directly with Dave to ship several expensive paintings across the country. He was very careful and attentive, and gave me a really great price - much better than what I've seen at Fed Ex and UPS stores in the past. I have shipped large paintings twice with Goin Postal and both times were very positive experiences. I trust them way more than something like the UPS store. Be careful I used them to ship a tv to Florida and it arrived broken. Normally not a big issue since I purchased the extra insurance since it was a tv. Allot of good that did me. They would not honor the insurance claim saying it wasn't packed properly. I find that funny since I used the same box and packing material that I had just received a different tv in the day before from amazon. I also had pictures of the box and how it was damaged on the front side. I also had pictures of how the tv screen was damaged. It was clearly laid flat and had items stacked on top of it. You would also think that if it was packed so poorly they would have said something when I went in to ship it. Do your self a favor and just ship it UPS. read more

These young men are professional, polite, competent and extremely helpful in working with the customer to mail/ship your product the most inexpensively and expeditiously manner. I have been going to this location for over 6 years and will continue to go to them rather than directly to the post office or any other shipping store location. Went in to get a shipping label printed out and a box and off the rip the older lady was very rude for NO reason. All because I told her the dimensions the company said the box needed to be. In return I got a very rude sounding "Like what size, what are you putting in it" "we have a bunch of boxes I'm not going back to measure every box" If your job is that horrible, why work their!?!? Probably the worst service from any business I've dealt with in Piqua!!! I just walked out. I didn't expect to walk in and be treated like this but it is what it is. David and his crew are helpful, courteous and will suggest ways to send your stuff. I have used them for shipping books, important checks, and other various necessities. Their estimated TOA has been spot on. I would recommend calling first on the weekends as David has a family and has been known to close the store for special occasions. read more
