He blamed UPS. As of 10-17, package still not received. Called Mark again and he said he'd have to "investigate" and it would take 8 days. Again, no concern for my inconvenience or loss of property. Tracked on UPS and saw that the package was never scanned by them. I suspect it was lost by Pak Mail and never made it to the UPS truck. Will never go there again. And I hope someone teaches Mark how to run a business and treat customers.
