I have come to this store many times. I always have labels on my boxes before I drop them off. I never need a receipt. My visit is less than one minute every time I've come in before. This time I showed up at 6:30, which is closing time for this location. One of the employees locked the door on my face and told me they were closed. I showed her the labels on my boxes. I have been a customer of this store for a long time. The owner is repeatedly just a jerk. Today, I messed up an Amazon return and the owner treated me like I was a child. When I left, I asked if there was anything else she needed from me after we figured it out, she lifted her arms at me with exasperation like she was scolding a child and all she said was "to not do that again". Customer service is the last thing she cares about. Apparently she is perfect and everyone else in the world is her problem. After today and numerous other cringe experiences with this woman, I'm switching my eBay store shipping to FedEx. Life is too short to be treated like trash by someone who is clearly so miserable she can't treat others with common decency or respect. I recommend avoiding this store like the plague. read more

Got there before 5:00 (closing time) have to wait outside because of their limit of four people allowed in the store. Lady comes out at 5:05 saying they are closed and unless we had a prepaid package we would have to comeback tomorrow.. I won't be ever going back there. read more

The staff is amazing! Always friendly and helpful. I ship several items a week. Often making a daily trip into the store and I am always impressed with how friendly the staff is. I have had them help me with a packing slip issue and they always are helpful and friendly. Even if the kindness is fake and let's face it dealing with the public can be extremely taxing on a person they seem to not let it effect how they treat the next customer. If I could eliminate using USPS and go exclusively to UPS so I could use this store for everything I would in a heart beat. My only real complaint is something that is out of the control of the store. The parking lot is awful. read more

I can not express how appreciative and pleased of my services from this store. Originally I thought I was sending the order to another store but at checkout it identified Newark. I sent 15 files submitted my order and put a note for the associate tasked with my order to please call with questions. After I submitted the order I realized I wanted to make a change to three hole punch, which wasn't listed as an option but I had paid for binding. Hunter called to ask more details specially if I meant to send the order to another store and that the order was being fulfilled at this location, and asked other questions about my order. Thankfully I got back to him before he started the entire job. Questions he asked were superior customer service. Asked if I wanted each file bonded separately or all the files as one. That's when I requested if 3-hole punch was an option instead of any binding. He was able to accommodate and each file was printed separately as far as I can tell so that each article ended as their individual section and no other article shared a front and back of a page. They were in the order I submitted them and that was with the intention if any were to share a page they were in order of the reading list. This order was a grad school required reading of 15/21 articles and being able to neatly divide them from the table of contents and syllabus was exactly how I had hoped it would print off without having to print them all off at home (164ish pages- front and back). I'll have plenty of printing at home to do throughout the semester but to have the first half completely printed in order and in a binder will help me to stay organized. I am beyond impressed and appreciative of the Hunters work. When I came to pick up the print order I asked about their mailbox services and learned that the site also serves as a access point which is great for ups signed packages. Although I am usually home that might change in the future and access points are terrific in preventing deliveries from being delayed and returned. Overall my experience was so terrific and I intend to continue to do business with this store as my primary location for printing needs. Thank you again team! read more

I sent a package with Insurance ...... and the Employee (Corey) stated that if anything breaks during delivery, it's covered. Well a beautiful old Wall Clock was smashed (along with the box it was in), and the UPS folks went to inspect the Box and Clock, and claimed that is was not packaged well, even though all they looked at was the smashed Box, and damaged Clock. As instructed by UPS, this is what we were told to give the Inspector (smashed Box and damaged Clock). The Box was brand new going out ........ and totally SMASHED on arrival, so there is NO DOUBT that it was UPS who is at fault. You buy the INSURANCE ..... and items and box are SMASHED by UPS, and they REFUSE TO PAY ........ AND DON'T CALL YOU BACK .......... Mr. Wright stepped up and covered the cost of a basic replacement Clock from his Store funds. Thank you for honesty and fairness. read more

Although I finally received my money back from a "lost" package, it was a horrible 3 month battle. Jeff Wright is dishonest and totally lacking in customer service skills! He changed his story after finding out the cost and lied to me over and over again. Thankfully, corporate saw through his stories and paid me. I don't know if the girl working there was new or just didn't know what to do. She had three customers and would jump from one to the other without finishing anything, she never looked in any log to see if their package had be received in the store. At my turn she starts to help me return and item and stops in the middle of measuring my package to help someone else, I took my package and left.
