I received a fairly prompt response indicating they had been busy and apologizing for the delay. They again promised a proposal by the following Monday. It's now late in the day on Thursday and since no quote. Sign quality and service - 3 years ago - was great. Customer serivce today is HORRIBLE - essentially non-existent.

You start with raw, unfinished wood and destress, sand, stain, put your sign together and create the art. When you walk out you will have a sign that is ready to hang (hanging wire attached), which is great! The staff was feisty but generally helpful.
