Atlas can do a multitude of work jobs quickly and for a fair price. It's easy to communicate with them through phone or email. It's easy to find a parking spot in their lot when you go to pick up your stuff. And their store is close to downtown. Hooray; free parking near downtown! They can give you glossy, matte, laminate, whatever you need. They can print many sizes. (if they don't have the capability to print your job, they can usually point you to someone who can do it.) Their printer is on point and does a great job. The colors always look fresh. And they have a candy dish at the counter. Mmmm...candy.

I was told I'd have a proposal by Monday or Tuesday, When I didn't hear from them on Monday or Tuesday, I waited until Friday before contacting them via email. I received a fairly prompt response indicating they had been busy and apologizing for the delay. They again promised a proposal by the following Monday. It's now late in the day on Thursday and since no quote. Sign quality and service - 3 years ago - was great. Customer serivce today is HORRIBLE - essentially non-existent.

They didn't have any weatherproof papers in stock, so we settled for the next best thing and prayed it didn't rain (it didn't). The price was a bit high. Get a price quote before you commit to print. From looking at the layout of their website, I don't think I'd trust their graphics services. Their online portfolio is decent, but not very innovative or exciting. But, as the name indicates, they're pretty fast, too fast to put a space between "fast" and "signs" even. Usually your order is ready same day or next day. The staff is friendly. And, conveniently, there are a bunch of stores all over Columbus, including one right downtown.
