I used them to print my wedding programs. The staff was great helping me with the quote and making sure I was gett exactly what I needed. The turnaround time was great. Now this is why I didn't give 5 stars. When I arrived to pick up the staff person tossed my box at me and said have a good day. Didn't ask if they met my expectations or anything. Considering the person ahead me was getting white glove treatment with her order. read more

Excellent service and quick turnaround at a more than reasonable price. I'm new to large-scale printing, and Diann patiently helped me through the terminology and file formatting issues necessary to get my booklet printed. Later, when I needed a last-minute job done they had it finished the same day. Great people who do great work! read more

Monk's Copy Shop is the best print shop in Columbus. I ordered a specialty print job and the shop staff worked closely with me to get the poster cut down to the perfect size. I had initially gotten a quote from a big box office supply company and Monk's Copy Shop was 30% cheaper and of superior quality and customer service. Please don't waste your time with big companies who will charge you more. Choose Monk's and you will be pleased with the customer service, quality, and turnaround time. read more

I'm always printing invitations for friends through bigger companies because it was easy and convenient. When I wanted to make thank you cards, my friend suggested using The Monk's Copy Shop. I found their website and their upload tool and sent an image I created with Canva for the cards. I was pretty vague, but they were able to figure out the best way to print as many copies that could fit on a page. They understood what I was asking for better than I could articulate. I didn't have to resize anything or check for a proof. Easy peasy. This location is so close to me, only complaint is parking. Probably best to park on High Street or Third. I try my best to support a local business, I hope you use this shop for your business or personal needs. read more

The Monk's Copy Shop - 5x7? I think cards wrapped in plastic to stay nice and dry on a rainy day. - Printing Services Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

I needed to have a poster printed for a professional conference and didn't realize how long a large poster would take somewhere like Staples or OfficeMax would take to print--much longer than I had! After calling a few local spots, Monk's said "not a problem" and had it ready within 5 days. Great quality and responsiveness--we will use them again in the future (with a little more notice next time!). read more

Monk's is one of a dying breed: the independent copy shop. Tucked away on Gay Street next to trendy restaurants, the store is easy to miss. But it's still there. They offer small and large-run printing services -- meaning that you can come in and get 50 copies of a family reunion flyer you made on your Mac, or you can get hundreds of professional-looking copies of manuals when your copier at work is down. Nice. read more

I'm not a usual yelp reviewer but I had such a good experience with Monk's. I got my wedding invitations printed here. I submitted my pdf for a quote and had them in my hands in less than 24 hours. I got the invites and an envelope for less than $1 each. Can't recommend this business more!! read more

The Monk's Copy Shop saved the day for us by printing and binding our presentation briefing books while here for a conference from out of state! They were friendly, professional, timely AND the best price we found! Their convenient location made the whole experience even better and I'd highly recommend them. They make it easy to shop local and skip the national chains! read more

We have been using Monk's for about seven years now and they are always the least expensive copy place around, so much cheaper than FedEx/Kinkos and way nicer, friendlier, less rushed, and can-do spirited. They have printed my flyers and price stickers, but today they went overboard and corrected my master file in InDesign so I would finally have the perfect master, perfectly aligned, perfectly centered. I am so happy right now. read more

The best print/copy shop I've ever been to. Amazing service and great and reasonable prices.

I went to Monk's today by recommendation from a friend. I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED by the whole experience. If you're not sure, take a chance on this place!!! You will be glad you did. I'm a Graphic Designer, and went to get a 12x18 poster printed. They called me back within about an hour saying my print was done. The print turned out exactly how I wanted it. They cut it to size for me without extra charge. I walked out of the store paying $1! I have paid $4-5 for the same job at Office Max / Staples or FedEx Office.. don't waste your money or time, go to Monk's! I was worried about parking since it is downtown, but you needn't be. There are plenty of meters on Gay Street in front of their shop. 50 cents for 30 min at the meter will be more than enough time. They've made a loyal customer out of me. THANKS MONK'S. read more

Monks saved me when I needed to get binding done on a booklet that I printed myself. Even though I didn't print it with them, they gave me a fair price and a quick turnaround for service. Very friendly staff, this year, I will be going back to do the whole book with them. read more

I have worked with Monk's Copy Shop for several years now and have always been pleased with their service but today I must say that they have gone above and beyond in providing the best service I have seen in a long time. Joe, who worked in the office out in Westerville before it closed had always helped me with my projects. He now works at the Gay Street location and when I called to inquire about a project, he picked up the phone and without missing a beat remembered who I was and how to locate my account. I was able to place my order over the phone and the staff was able to adjust some spacing errors for me without me having to come to the shop. When my order was finished, they called and I was able to drive up to the store and someone came out to my car to deliver my order on a day when it was only 0 degrees outside!!! I don't know this sweet woman's name but she came outside with no coat and smiled politely as she handed me my order. What a wonderful company and they truly made my day! Thank you all so much. You have my loyalty. Sincerely, Lizbeth read more

I really gave Monk's a run for their money with two recent projects. They were very helpful and didn't give up until they got it right. And the cost was so reasonable! I am thrilled with the final products and the value. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Thank you, Monk's! read more
