This trip I stopped in to purchase one of Tiffany's (the owner's) recycled candles that she makes. The are some of my favorites. I've ordered a wide variety of products from her... invitations for my son's birthday party, pre-addressed gift labels, personalized holiday cards, and personal stationary. Everything has come out beautifully. The Paper Vault's prices are the same or better than what I found online and it was nice to be able to see the products in advance (she has lots of books and paper samples to flip through) before ordering so there were no surprises when the final product comes. She has also been really good about not trying to up-sell me or blow my budget. For example, I really liked the look of one letterpress sample for my personal stationary but instead of up-selling me on letterpress (which is a little out of my price range...), she explained why letterpress is so expensive and gave me the pricing options for a few different styles of printing. I called her up and she got me in right away. She had me try on my dress and looked at the zipper. She grabbed a ribbon, thread it through the zipper hole and pulled it all the way up. No alterations were needed just a ribbon to help with my wonky zipper and saved me a lot of money that I could have ended up spending at another alterations place. My calligrapher originally found these guys to help me with my wedding invitation suite…read more I wanted something interesting, different, memorable, and economical. So when i suggested to the girl designing my invitations that I thought a stamp would fit the bill, she hunted these guys down. Every inch of the way they, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. They answered every question I had with such pleasure that its obvious they hadn't been jaded by customer service (yet). ;-) When I got my stamps in the mail, I sent pictures to all the moms and bridesmaids. They were beautifully mounted on a wooden rocking stamp. The invitation stamp will certainly remain in our family for a long time, they added a few extra touches that make it so special! I will most defiantly recommend them to a friend in the future. I will also be showing off my stamps on Pinterest... She guided me to the website to be able to either create the font & spacing or I could have sent an image.
