We were seated immediately, and to our surprise, our waitress was Nigh (I hope I'm spelling that correctly!). She has waited on us before, and we were so happy to see her again. She is honestly one of the sweetest servers you could ask for -- friendly, super polite, attentive, and just an all-around great waitress. Since we arrived early, we were able to take advantage of their early dinner special, which offers eight different entrées to choose from. I went with the Asiago Creamy Spicy Pasta, which came with chicken, diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and penne pasta. I also started with a BLT salad, which was delicious. And, of course, Firebirds brings fresh bread to the table, which is always a nice bonus. My wife chose the meatloaf with mushroom gravy, served with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
