Curious what's in store for the holidays... Staff was jumping and the line moved quickly which was impressive. Where it all tanked was the UPS associate who helped me. No welcome no greeting. I placed my package to ship on the counter and she irritatingly raised her voice and said,"What! What are you here for to return an Amazon package??" I'm at a UPS store and while I can understand and appreciate you can ship Amazon packages when returning from them, I was disappointed to hear her push out an alternative brand other than her own. Yikes. I gently explained I was shipping a package. She was super frazzled. Not friendly. Not really helpful. I gave her the address of my father-in-law and to her credit, the system was populating an alternative city name with the right zip. She was smart enough to get some support from another peer and then explained this was her second week on the job. We've all been there I get it, however, the intangible experience in any environment is key. Fortunately, he did get his package and loved his Medallion golf shirt. I am unhappy with this experience and have voluntarily shared with other locals to hit up Polaris or New Albany. The next day I had another package and visited one of these other stores. Complete opposite experience from start to finish. I hope with each passing day her experience servicing others improves and she builds confidence for herself. No fun being the new kid on the block including being that paying customer that feels her pain.

I asked her another question on how should I place the papers because the screen was confusing she goes it should say on the screen. I honestly said F it, and ended up going to the Westerville Library where the customer service always excellent and it was free to scan the documents into a pdf file. As a black man I hate seeing my people with rude and nasty attitudes. If you don't like working with people than you should definitely not work in customer service! I went to ship my package, I didn't have a label and asked if they could print it. I was directed to use the computer. The computer mouse looked like it had dried snot on it so that wasn't the best. I used the provided hand sanitizer to wipe off the mouse, but it's still disgusting, but I braved it. I started clicking on the subject boxes...nothing happened. I asked for assistance and was told to click on chrome...a blank screen popped up. Thank HEAVENS FedEx was just up the road and provided wonderful customer service! Raleigh was very patient and kind. They even printed mymy shipping label off for me! Skip the OOPS (UPS) and go to FedEx if you want a better customer experience.

Also, I bought some paper and had them cut the ream in half. The employees are always helpful. For example, when their hand sanitizer was $2.00 a case, I bought six cases and they took it to my car. It was the same when I bought cases of water. Finally, they are open at 9:00 am on Saturday. I thought all stores were the same, so at first I went to the one on Morse Road only to find out they didn't open until 10:00 am. So I was thankful to come to this store.
