I love this UPS they don't charge to tape up your boxes like the one in Reynoldsburg 6031 E Main Street. The female and male worker was rude said we had to buy our own tape. They said "It's Just Business" They didn't even greet us. The UPS at 3000 E Main ST STE B the staff is friendly and greet you with smiles when you walk though the door. They weighed up our merchandise and gave us our price based on weight and told us to have a nice day. Without having to pay for tape we never saw a box or tape. read more

Had a great UPS Store experience today. I wanted to send my Dad a little small gift I picked up and decided on UPS ground. I have to say that I prefer UPS over the competition, especially for personal items and gifts. This was a perfect visit and I like that there is a location on East Main. I have been here many times but I felt like based on the past couple of visits and today's experience that I wanted to update my review from a year ago. Friendly staff, not a big line this morning, discussed shipping options, and pricing is reasonable. Definitely a five star visit and overall solid shipping choice and location. read more

I love this store. Friendly staff, no lines, great service. I had to return a few DTV receivers and was told, go to the UPS store. They looked at my paperwork, boxed the receivers in their own boxes, and shipped them off at no cost to me. It took me under five minutes. I couldn't have asked for better service. read more

This store embodies everything that's wrong with America. I avoid this place like a plague but as a traditional aMazon shopper sometimes they force me to interact with UPS. Not all stores as bad as our "Bexley" store. This one tops the cake because of the staff unfortunately. Let's use today only as the example. (Background I'm exhausted and I've already worked 12 hours and today's the last day to do this return I've been avoiding...) I arrive at 6:30. This location has 9 available parking spots to be shared by 3 attached businesses. As if that's not annoying enough, I unfortunately have arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. The three items are in their original packaging but 2 are rather large. I've already printed the shipping labels from home. They (3 attending staff who are clocked in) see me approaching with my hands full and Though they weren't helping a single customer they just glare at me. They're bantering back and forth about rude customers. I provide my item and the gal behind the counter gives me a receipt on shipping sticker paper (talk about a waste of moNey and resources). I go to their table to get the next item and she walks from around the counter (I'm naively thinking she I intends to help me) but instead she tAkes the receipt aNd gives me back my item. She says this has to be put into a box. (It's the size of a posted note)..... I asked her why and she couldn't answer but just restated they only ship items in boxes or envelopes. Good grief. I go to my van, thank god I recycle, Grab an old box which is 400x too big for this time but it's what I got. I sTart to rebuild the box and she just stares As she chats with the other girl about a bad review they have received online. Meanwhile I am tryiNg to figure out how to ship a 4ft talk ream of paper that clearly won't fit into a box. I grab their scissors and use tape from my own vehIcle because they don't provide this here either. As I construct a newly invented box they continue to talk shit about their cUstomers and one states how long he had tO stay pass closing the night before (all within ear shot of me and my Struggle bus). It took me 30 minutes to try to construct something that was acceptable to mAil my return. No one ever offered to help, no one tried to sell me box or asked if I needed anything. They wasted a buNch or the businesses money and pissed off someone who isn't afraid to tell them they suck At their job... as I was leaving I said, the reason you get bad reviews is bEcause you don't care about your job. You never offered to help, are having personal convo on the clock and staying after only because you aren't actually doing anything to help your customers. She said I could write a review if I wanted. I don't actually want to. It makes me sad. When I was a kid I read something called the Fred Factor. He was a mailman who made the world a better place. I've always thought highly of those who take on a level of pride in what they do even if it's something many would consider mediocre. This Job isn't that difficult but it has amazing Benefits. But the two ladies working their really take it for granite. Hearing them complain about staying a few minutes late alMost made me jealous. I work 90 hours a week to make my business thrive and I stiLl can't afford benefits. Hearing people complain doesn't make you want to be there. I hated being there. But what I hated more was being at a place where the staff hate their job. Get a new one. You're the reason something sucks! Life is what you make it! Your lucky you have a job because if I knew the owners I'd tell them to fire you before you cost them anymore business. read more

Everyone was very helpful and courteous each time we went to The UPS Store in Eastmoor. When we brought in two packages to ship, we asked if they could box up our stuff, as we didn't have all the packing materials to do so at home. After checking the hours of the above-referenced store on the internet and learning that they closed at 5pm, we arrived at the store at 450pm on Saturday, September 29. The door was locked and I knocked on the door. Eventually a man came out and said they were closed because "his" watch said it was after 5pm. Because my wife and I had cellphones which have the correct time, we asserted that his watch was set fast. Instead of taking the attitude that the customer is always right (which we were at that time), the man, who we learned was Mr. Jensen - the franchise owner, insisted that his clock was right and that the store should be closed. He eventually said that he would arrange to have our item shipped out first thing Monday morning, but by that time we were uncomfortable with Mr. Jensen's lack of customer service and overall attitude so we decided to take our package to Fedex. In short, his attitude was an embarrassment to UPS. read more

We had used this UPS store for a number of years- to find out in the past month that they hadn't been forwarding our mail as requested and have probably rented the box to another user. We are located in another state and they never contacted us about renewing the box. read more
