My partner and my two sons went on a trip to Ohio and flew into Cleveland, had an event in Canton and ended up having to change plans and drive to and fly out of Columbus due to flight cancellations, etc. in a hurry to get on a newly assigned flight out of Dallas lots of running around and forgetting things, my partners glasses were left on the rental car near the airport, luckily we AirTag valuables and we were able to track the glasses still in the vehicle at the rental car place. How Time Sense saved the day: After several attempts to call the rental company and filling out online forms, we were unsuccessful with those attempts and in the middle of the night I decided to look up companies that could complete individual tasks. Thank goodness I located TimeSense. Tonya answered the phone when it was maybe 3a.m. For her and she requested via text all pertinent info, of which I sent immediately. Upon waking up the next morning in CA, Tonya had already gone to the rental car place, located the glasses, AND shipped them to us with insurance on them. They are not just regular sunglasses mind you, they very expensive prescription glasses needed to drive and see at night that took months for my partner to even get!!! Honestly, I was nervous Local Anything was a scam because their phone number is in Florida & they…read morewere much cheaper than other quotes I received. Obviously they're not :). You have a concierge to answer questions when you purchase & a dispatcher to tell you where the movers are via text and/or phone call. A $400 down payment is required. Our rate was $160/hour all inclusive, no minimum # of hours required. We had about 25 items moved, all big stuff like mattresses, washer, dryer, couch, dressers... it took them 3 hours, including 25 minute travel time. All payment can be made online via PayPal. Tommy, Mark and Matt, our movers, were phenomenal. They offered to move any item we wanted & were great conversationalist. While they deserved several breaks, they didn't stop until they were done. The service, friendliness and communication from booking the appointment to the last item moved exceeded my expectations. In general, hiring movers is worth every penny. I can not recommend Local Anything enough! The only complaint I had was they arrived an hour and a half later than the 2 hour buffer/service time. Though they quickly made up for that small annoyance.

My home is a 4 bedroom house with a basement but not everything needed to be moved out. It took them way longer than expected to complete the move (12 hours one day and had to come back the next day to finish for 8 hours or so!). The total bill charged ended up being way more (obviously) than I anticipated.... Way too expensive than the competitors. To make matters worse, during our move (8/11/2019), the movers scratched my hardwood floor but were prompt in recognizing the issue and submitting it right away to their "Claims" department (I doubt there is such a department as I have yet to receive a call from them or anyone from this company in the matter). I have been calling them constantly to follow up on the claim as I am in the process of finalizing a sale on my house and have still not gotten a resolution. I keep getting the run arounds every time I call them and never get any followup call backs as they always promise. It's 8/30/19 today and still no resolution and I am closing on my house in less than a week. My latest call conversation was on Wednesday, 8/28/19 and the representative promised he would give me a status update on the same day and still nothing 2 days later. Mind you, when they were partially down with the work on the first day, they requested payment to be made right before they could leave my house but it's taking them weeks to even attempt to process my claim. SO FRUSTRATING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!!! NEVER USING THEM, EVER AGAIN!!!

I called to make sure they had an open desk and they sent me the invoice via email. Super easy to pay and they send the entrance code, Wi-Fi info and all other info you may need via email. I paid for a day pass (great value!) and was greeted at the door. Complimentary coffee and snacks are in the kitchen, with two levels of coworking space. There are couches if that's your vibe, desks or private offices. The space itself is GORGEOUSLY decorated and there is natural light everywhere! It was quiet and was just what I was looking for. Took a video tour but I can't post it here :( Thank you so much for the experience! I'll definitely be back here when I'm in Columbus again!
