I was told CED should have everything. I go in and the sales person was the most rudest and disrespectful little joker I've encountered in quite some time. Overall demeanor was just unprofessional and snot nosed as hell. I almost snapped at the first nasty can I help you. Then shows the wire in a picture that has the size on it. I'm not a damn electrician either. So I don't expect to get a diagram of everything but one would reasonably expect if you are working a job you should have some idea of what the hell you are doing. When I get to the counter I ask if that's typical for a furnace and the smart ass shrugs his shoulders and says I don't know it could be. Really?! $60 for 10' piece of wire and the beat you got is to be a jerk. So instead of flipping out I call in ask to speak to a manager for a bad experience I just had and wouldn't you know it, the madam that answers the phone is a little snot nose too. Transfers me to the manager and his attitude is no better. Instead of finding out what happen first he wants to try to defend his employees actions, then seems to become somewhat reasonable after he realizes their is no excuse for the rudeness. I now understand why the entire organization is the way it is. I'm one Guy working on one small project but work for a large employer that I will also share my experience with so they can find a different organization to buy from, one that shares our beliefs and values on treating people with respect.
