After the initial cleaning, there were still visible spots remaining and a strong urine-like odor that had not been resolved. We contacted the company, and to their credit, they agreed to a follow-up visit. The purpose of rescheduling was so I could meet the technician on site, point out the remaining problem areas, and review the results together. That never happened. There was confusion regarding the technician's arrival time, and by the time I arrived at the property, no one was there. As a result, I never had the opportunity to walk through the concerns with the technician. I followed up with the office asking what areas had been treated and requested the technician's notes so I could understand what work had been performed. Rather than addressing those questions, I was simply told the follow-up was a "courtesy" and that there was nothing more they could do. I understand that not every stain can be removed, especially on an older carpet. My disappointment is with the lack of communication and the way my concerns were handled after the service. I expected a discussion about what was and wasn't possible--not to have my questions dismissed. Based on this experience, I would not use their services again.

Marvin was quick and communicative as we set a date & time. He and his crew were on time for the job (early, actually!) and were lovely. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the work done! Her crew is fast and efficient. Also extremely flexible. I've had to change days around and she always accommodates. Sometimes the crew doesn't show up at the scheduled time so always presume an hour window give/take. They're typically finishing up another home and I wouldn't expect them to rush out of mine to the next appointment.. Well worth it for the job done. All rooms vacuumed, dusted, picked up, windows wiped down, and bathrooms cleaned perfectly. It may seem silly but I love how the blankets are folded and even my daughter's (10 million!) stuffies arranged on her bed. It's a thoughtful touch. Having cleaners is an investment and one that has made a positive impact for our family.

My mom is older, and has been unable to really work on her house since she bought it last year, and was very stressed. The team quickly responded to my request for help, and agreed to doing it the next day! They set a time, of which they showed up precicely, and ended up working for about 6 hours. Not being there was a bit stressful, but this team communicated with me constantly, and even set a whole photo set of pictures when they were done! I called my mom and she was almost in tears. She said her house is so clean it truly feels like a home. Thank you to the K&L team for taking care of such an important job with almost no notice, and more importantly thank you for treating my mom so nicely and making her feel special. Not only did they do their normal cleaning, but my mom said they did so much to help her home get organized and ready. I couldn't recommend this company enough! It seems the owner and top management care about their customer's complaints and are willing to address issues like these. Today I was able to directly talk with the President of the company in person and he took his time to let me know that the company is already looking to future proof their methods and even ask me for my recommendation of what would I as a customer feel comfortable with for a safer transaction. I have full confidence that this company will keep growing and providing for many more customers for the better. They have remedied my concerns and have been cordial and understanding with my unfortunate experience. I have received my first few orders and will get started working on our new floors. Thank you. Old Review for transparency: The reason Im giving them a bad review is that I was told to write down all my card's info because they can't run it until Monday and this day is a Saturday. It seemed very odd that they would ask that and told me they would call me first on Monday before they run it. I waited all day Monday with no callbacks. I called them back Tuesday and was notified that they have already ran my card a while back and will call me back to let me know about my order (I never got a call back). I check my statement and show it was ran the day I came in on Saturday. Today on, Wednesday I checked my statement again and a FRAUDULENT transaction was made to Walmart.com (probably thinking its a safe bet that many people shop there, Not I, online that is). I called my credit card company to inform them about the fraud and to send me a new card. I called back America's Floor Source to ask about my order and about the fraudulent issue. I was told that I would get a call back from my sales person (I have my doubt about getting a call back.
