Marcella was wonderful. I hired this company for a deep cleaning of a house we typically clean regularly on our own. The house looked spotless when she left. We did a lot of tidying before we came but the little touches everywhere really brought the rooms together. She worked nonstop for multiple hours and was very friendly. This company was very quick to respond and get us a slot on their schedule, and the ability to put down a deposit then pay electronically for the rest of the amount after has been efficient. This cleaning crew still needs to complete the job. I came to inspect the property and the toilets were years old and dirty and the bathroom flooring was not cleaned as expected. Nothing was done. They did not provide pictures of the cleaning after finished. They charge complete cleaning fee without doing the job. read more
