I also could tell for the rest of the cleaning like the bathrooms, hardwood floors that they did an excellent job. This was the third company I tried and it really was the charm!

They've always been responsive to either emails or phone calls. The great thing is the the notifications, leading up to the cleaning. I knew when the crews were to arrive so I made sure I was there to meet them. Both crews were not only on time at the start of the arrival window, but everyone was polite. They did an amazing job cleaning both my house and apartment... no surface was missed and with both cleanings, John, one of the owners came over at the end and walked through everything making sure it was done. Also they are flexible in giving custom quotes if you don't even need a whole house cleaned on a regular basis but the ability to add on things as needed. I am glad to be continuing to use their services for regular cleaning!

After the initial cleaning, there were still visible spots remaining and a strong urine-like odor that had not been resolved. We contacted the company, and to their credit, they agreed to a follow-up visit. The purpose of rescheduling was so I could meet the technician on site, point out the remaining problem areas, and review the results together. That never happened. There was confusion regarding the technician's arrival time, and by the time I arrived at the property, no one was there. As a result, I never had the opportunity to walk through the concerns with the technician. I followed up with the office asking what areas had been treated and requested the technician's notes so I could understand what work had been performed. Rather than addressing those questions, I was simply told the follow-up was a "courtesy" and that there was nothing more they could do. I understand that not every stain can be removed, especially on an older carpet. My disappointment is with the lack of communication and the way my concerns were handled after the service. I expected a discussion about what was and wasn't possible--not to have my questions dismissed. Based on this experience, I would not use their services again.

If you live nearby and need a laundromat it's ok but i wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

A funny sight, but, of course, now, from the second floor, the huge, gaping hole posed a danger, not to mention which my Landlord would probably not be too happy to find this now huge hole! Only 9 miles from the center of Hilltop, where I live, and 5 miles from Drexel in Bexley, they are very conveniently located. Usually, they make home visits to clean windows, pressure wash homes and roofs, clean concrete, clean decks, clean dryer vents, and repair and replace screens, among other cleaning and repair type services. In this case, I took my screen window to them. They are a small business, I believe they are family-owned, they provide extremely competitive and reasonable quotes, and they care about their customers. Micrin, the owner, heads a bright, engaging team of employees. Carmen and Deidre were the two who helped me. They are proud of the quality of their work! No pre-cleaning was required for their visit. I made cookies before they arrived, and left the mixing bowl and utensils in the sink, along with a few dishes from the previous night's dinner. I didn't have to dust, clear surfaces, or empty shelves. The girls tackled it all. Jaqy and Michelle arrived promptly at 2:00 p.m. and wasted no time getting down to their dirty business. With environmentally-friendly cleaning products, some house-made, they eradicated grease, busted dust and annihilated odors. They don't have a lot of fancy cleaning gadgets. They get everything done with dusters, rags, paper towels, and a small shop vac. They washed the dishes, scrubbed every surface (including the floors), and thoroughly cleaned the inside of our oven and fridge. (Yes, even the fridge!) In addition, the Dirty Girls organized our shelves, cleaned out our cabinets, got rid of expired goods, and even wiped down all of the bottles, tins and containers in our cluttered pantry. Throughout the cleaning, the girls were very respectful of our home, our property and our cats.
