They recommended one truck and two men to help and it was about $110 an hour plus a truck rental fee. I paid in cash so I got a small discount on the hourly rate. Rather reasonable compared to the other quotes I got. They were great at communicating with me leading up to my moving day as well as the day of. My movers, Dmitri and Bohdan, showed up right on time and were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They helped disassemble my furniture (and put it back together) and wrapped up everything as needed. I even had a giant plant that I wasn't sure how to move, but since I was only going a short distance, they wrapped it up and secured it in the truck to take over. At one point I even got a little emotional about saying goodbye to my old place and they were so sweet to me. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and can't thank them enough for the help. I feel like most people describe moving as a stressful, but for me it was a breeze.

Example, tape is listed at $5 but you will pay for the entire pack of 6 for $30. Bubble wrap, $50 for the entire roll even if they only use 1/2. "Travel Time" of 1hr is charged for their time to start the job and then to drive back to the lot. That is not for driving between your load/unload locations. Ended up $165 over my estimate ($500) even tho I verbally attempted to confirm as much as I could before. Your final confirmation email will be your best source of information to get a much better estimate than what they give you over the phone. Add it up carefully.

One moment the crew was "on the way," the next they "couldn't reach them," then suddenly our schedule had been changed without informing us. It was excuse after excuse. On another call, they said the driver would reach out to us directly. Another hour passed with no call. At 3:47 PM, we were told yet again that we were scheduled for the afternoon--but they never bothered to notify us at any point. We were always the ones chasing them. On our last call, we asked to speak to a manager and even confirmed if a manager was available. They said yes and attempted to transfer us, but instead they left us on hold for 30 minutes, and no one ever came on the line. They wasted our entire day and completely ruined our schedule, especially because we have major renovations starting and needed everything moved before the crew arrived tomorrow. I will never do business with this company again. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and totally disrespectful of people's time. If you come across this company, run as fast as you can.

In a public area, they chose to play their muscis which was full of racial slurs, cuss words and flat out, bad taste on full blast at both locations. They broke an item of mine and lend me to believe they would be fired if I made a claim. Then during the unloading stage, they were coming at me so fast and ignoring the labeling on the boxes, it became chaotic. I just wanted it done. Then oddly, they asked me to step out and look at the back of the truck to verify that everything was unloaded. Yeah, I had a weird feeling and knew something was up. I was 61 and handicapped so I just wanted them gone. And yes, they asked for a tip. Looked things over since I had to redo the mess they left me and realized they had stolen a TV set and some collectibles. Called the Columbus location and they offered to send them back out to properly place the boxes in the correct rooms and stack them.
