We worked with Elite on a kitchen remodel and a three-season room addition during 2020 and have been completely happy with the results. From estimate to completion, Robert and his company were great. He was one of the few contractors we spoke with early in the process who was willing to draw up some ideas up front and price them out...the rest were unwilling to do so until we put a sizeable payment down. Everyone, from Robert to the project managers to the carpenters, was willing to listen to our ideas and our needs and helped make them happen. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was phenomenal. We truly have a kitchen that is customized to what we want. Steve and Rodney were the carpenters in charge of the kitchen, and they were great! They were friendly, clean, courteous and always happy to talk through the project, their progress and any issues they encountered. Even when things didn't go according to plan, their No. 1 concern was making things right so that we were happy. Mike and Brian handled our three-season room addition, and they were great, doing everything from demo to framing to flooring to finishing. They were always willing to listen to our ideas and make any minor adjustments on the fly. We are extremely happy with their work and the added living space we now have! As with any significant remodeling project, there were unexpected surprises and delays, but these issues were always dealt with in a timely, transparent manner, either by Robert himself, the project managers or the carpenters. We firmly believe in getting what you pay for, and Elite certainly isn't the cheapest remodeling company out there, nor were they the most expensive. Recently, my husband and I worked with Elite to redo our kitchen from top to bottom. From the very beginning, the design team with Amber was exceptional. They provided great insight into the design process, leaning on numerous years of experience to help us understand what would be good functional options for our particular kitchen and also current trends in design. We even had to bring our 10 month old daughter during part of the pandemic to the showroom and they truly made us feel comfortable and safe. Throughout the project planning, Elite was thorough and timely in their communication and helped us keep on track with order deadlines. We recently hired Elite Home Remodeling to completely renovate our master bathroom and our kitchen. We were very pleased with the entire process. From our initial meetings, Robert was very helpful, listening to what we hoped to accomplish and then adding his own suggestions for making the projects successful. We worked with Elite for a kitchen remodel and are so happy with the results! They were highly recommended by a friend so we felt comfortable going in, but after my first meeting with Amber I was so excited with their process, approach, experience, and value - so much so we didn't even bother looking elsewhere. We had elite do an entire first floor remodel, including our kitchen, bathroom and living room. They removed a wall to extended our previous kitchen and give us our "chefs kitchen" dream. We had met with several companies before choosing elite. We chose elite due to having the same crew from start to finish without having to use outside contractors for any portion of the job. Excellent Home Remodeler - from Amber's first visit, Elite outshined all the other remodelers we spoke with. She was knowledgeable about every aspect of construction. My husband is a mechanical engineer and he was so impressed. She had wonderful design ideas too. Elite was professional throughout the entire job and the weeks flew by. We really liked Joe and Nick who did excellent work, were very helpful when we asked questions, and cleaned up every night before calling it a day. The weeks went by very quickly. We were without a washer/dryer for only two weeks which was wonderful. All of their electrical, plumbing, floor and countertop people were equally professional and did excellent work. Wow! Elite was wonderful. My husband and I had never done a renovation this size before and Elite was tremendous from start to finish. They made the process so much easier for us from assisting to the design and layout to finishing touches and clean up. Elite did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel. Their designer helped us create the plans for our dream kitchen and walked us through all the options. They built custom cabinets to fit our space and did a great job with the installation of everything - also including new countertops, flooring and tiling, moving electrical outlets and light fixtures, and installing an exhaust vent to the outdoors. We worked with Shawn and Cody who did all the major carpentry work, Jerry did the electric and Charlie the painting. They were always professional, on time, and worked their tails off. The way Elite works is that you are assigned a crew who works on your job from beginning to end.
