We had hoped to get them in prior to our furniture arriving but, as with everything, that didn't happen. Even so, they were able to finish the project within the time they had originally estimated and everything looks fantastic! Everyone was extremely easy to work with, professional, and friendly as well. A lot of care was taking to keep the work areas clean and to protect our furniture as well. Eventually we'll need to repaint our exterior and it's a no brainer who we'll call.

His pricing was a bit lower than other bids AND his timeline to get to our job was months ahead of others. We had a total paint job on our 140-year-old home and I cannot believe how they transformed it from rags to riches (ha!). It was quite the undertaking and Jonny kept me updated on the steps, including siding repair, and their timeline every step of the way. He really knows his stuff. The final result was outstanding. The entire team was friendly and efficient. I would and will recommend Moos Def painting and repair to friends and family (and my fellow Yelpers). Can't thank you enough, Jonny and team!

I ignorantly left a misguided positive review for Don's Home Improvement five months ago. Don…read moreBellehumeur had installed a pre hung exterior door that I purchased from Menards. During the installation, he bragged about how door installation was his forte. When he left, I thought all was well and he asked me to leave a review. A few months later I had a football game party and a couple of guys noted the extremely shoddy workmanship of the installation of the door. I felt really duped by Don Bellehumeur. One of the guys even found where he screwed up and instead of correcting it, he went ahead and proceeded to deceive me. I contacted Menards because that is where I purchased the door and that is where I was given Don's contact information. Menards asked for photos of the poorly installed door and they then met with Don to see if they could come up with some sort of resolution. The Menards store manager then contacted me and told me Don refused to do the right thing and re install the door. To Menards credit, they did tell me they will never do business with "Don's Home Improvement" again and will never recommend him to another customer. I now have to have the door reinstalled all at my expense. In the meantime and until the weather improves, I have a door through which you can see daylight and on which the deadbolt is not properly aligned, raising safety concerns. Run, don't walk, away fron this guy. He's got a real line of bull. And to all those females out there and not so handy men, beware of these types of contractors who will take advantage of anyone that doesn't know the difference between a reputable contractor and a shyster like Don Bellehumeur. "Don's Home Improvement" he's not!

Drew came and accessed, gave an estimate which was reasonable and set a date for the work. He showed up and 9am and was finished at 2pm and the job is stunning! I HIGHLY recommend him!

Chris Buck was the project manager and unlike other experiences I have had was very attentive to ensure the project moved along smoothly and with quality work. He dropped off materials in advance so workers were ready to proceed upon arrival; he stopped in to check on the work at each stage to make sure quality work was performed and also was to my satisfaction. Communication was excellent, I always knew when to expect what to happen. I said my main goal was to have the room look brand new as though nothing had happened and that is exactly what they did.
