We hired a fresh touch custom painting to do our interior of the new house. We just bought and they did a wonderful job caulked sanded and did a lot of prep work. I would recommend them 100%. I used to paint for myself but now that I'm older I have to hire people so I'm not sure about pricing. It seemed like a lot of money to me, but again when you get older, you kinda get out of touch with prices, but they do a nice job. read more

I wish I had never hired them. I was disappointed in their work and lack of professionalism. Throughout the work process and when an issue popped up much later, brought to my attention by another contractor, communications were difficult and did not satisfactorily resolve the issues. When I continued to seek a resolution, I received legal threats from the company, preemptively trying to deter me from speaking out about my negative experience. I wonder how many other dissatisfied customers have been treated in the same way, and how this might skew their rating. read more

We had a great experience. We had our master bedroom walls and ceiling painted, as well as some drywall repairs from the house settling over the 15 + years and poor craftmanship from the builder. The numerous repairs made to the walls are absolutely seamless! They were very respectful and professional, keeping me informed at all times along the way to ensure the work they were doing was to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, due to the original paint color by the prior homeowner, to what I had chosen to repaint over, did require multiple coats, of which I had to have them come back after the room was fully dried to retouch a few areas. Scheduling for them to come back out was very easy and they were happy to do so. The guys were very respectful and mindful of cleaning up and ensuring all work was complete. read more

Recently Fresh Touch painted our house. I already wrote a positive review about their work. We assume 1 of the painters didnt realize they should not paint the weather stripping on the inside of our 3 garage doors. The doors were jerking and coming back down over and over at times. The paint was so thick on the weatherstripping the doors could not work properly. One door was especially bad and after a few days the motor burned out. I called Brian, the manager and sales supervisor at Fresh Touch. He took full responsibility for the mistake made by the painter. Fresh Touch paid totally for new weatherstripping to be put on and we went half on the new motor. I think if we had pursued it Brian would have paid the total price for the motor but we knew it was getting old and perhaps it was on its way out. So, overall another positive review for Fresh Touch. It was a pleasure dealing with Brian. We plan on getting an estimate from them for some interior painting. read more

We hired Fresh Touch Custom Painting to drywall the upstairs room in our garage after it was insulated. This was scheduled right as COVID-19 restrictions were going into place - but since they were working in a garage not attached to our house - we continued the project. Zach confirmed that his group was taking precautions and ensuring no employees were working while sick. One worker hung all the drywall in a day. We had some cold, damp weather that slowed down the mudding and finishing - but Zach was great communicating with us to update us on the planned schedule. They mudded, sanded, and primed the space and cleaned up well after their work. Recommend and will use them again if needs arise. read more

DO NOT use Fresh Touch: 1.) It took three extra visits for the quoted work to be done (after failing to complete the quoted work the visit before) a. After the third visit, I questioned if one of the spots that should have been worked was done, sent a photo (from ground level) inquiring about the spot, and got a response saying that this area was in fact worked and what I was seeing was just cosmetic. I still was not sold and got up on a ladder to find that this area was in my option defiantly not worked and took further close-up photos. I replied to FT with these photos and the reply back was that the area in question was indeed not worked on and they would be back a fourth time to fix it. i. Unless I got up on a ladder myself to look closely, I would have been lied to about what work was done and what wasn't. 2.) The start-up "supervisor" was the most unprofessional contractor we have ever worked with. His tone was dismissive and all he did was complain about how much work it is and annoying it is that they had to keep coming back. a. If the quoted work was done the first time, they would not have needed to come back. 3.) After the work was complete, the employees preformed the most half-ass clean up job ever. a. Not only were there sizeable pieces of wood and trash all over, we have picked up just about two dozen nails spread out among our patio, lawn, front porch, and driveway--right in the areas for someone to step on or puncture a car tire. read more

We are extremely pleased with Fresh Touch Painting. They worked with us on scheduling around remodeling. We had them paint all of our 2nd floor rooms. That was about 2 years ago. Since then, we contracted to have our first floor rooms painted. They did a great job. And most recently, we contracted to have our driveway, front stoop & walk as well as the front of our house power washed. They also sealed the concrete driveway and walk.
