He replied my texts very quickly. Renovations were started before New Year's and I am able to show the property to prospective tenants earlier rather than later. His prices are very reasonable, and he will work with your budget. If you're an owner of an investment property, from out of state, he will work with you. Not only did Lee finished quickly, I was surprised to hear from him on a Saturday evening.

I'm sure if I'd said it was urgent they'd have tried to come sooner. They came out a week or so after I called to check things out and give me a quote. That guy, Matt, and the later handyman were friendly and efficient. Then another few weeks till they came out. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.

He came in and seriously created magic. His company poured their heart and soul into this project. They fought with old 1940s plastered walls and mud ceilings riddled with kerosene heater damage and years of tobacco smoke damage, holes in ceilings and walls, water damage, mold, and fixing incidentals like rigged electrical outlets () and still came nearly EVERY DAY to get the work done, DESPITE major setbacks like rainstorms and tornado-like winds. Through it all, they were super sensitive to the situation and treated us with such grace and kindness.
