The nicely renovated house did not sell in 2019, and we were not getting the offers the house deserved. We engaged Ms. Harding in early December 2019, and the house was nicely staged within 1 week (pictures are on the Yelp profile). Within 2 weeks, higher offers began coming in, culminating in a sale at full price in January 2020. Ms. Harding was professional, the process seamless, the furniture and accessories were of high quality, and we would recommend the company without reservation.

We are working with design team to reinvision interior and brand of our local juice company. Timely, professional. And responsive. We were satisfied with our end design. One slightly off putting detail: At the last meeting we asked for a hard copy of design picture ( which should have been presented) they said, OH yeah, of course, made 2 copies gave them to us. Great! Then billed us over $100 for the copies. We all felt as if they should have told us there was a fee attached. It left a bad taste in our mouth. We don't mind costs as long as they are communicated upfront. So 4 stars for almost nailing it and then losing it right at the end.

Mary had good designs, however there was lack of timely follow up. Mary was out a lot for sickness…read moreand there was no one on her behalf who returned calls or followed up. Invoices were very disorderly and unprofessional. When asked for complete record Mary insisted that everything was already provided, and it took her 6 months to come up with handwritten calculations where the copy she provided me did not match hers. I had requested an excel, but I was provided several excuses as to why that was not possible. Mary does not respond positively to constructive criticism and points the errors back at you. I did not shop around much, but I guess for the same price there might be interior designers with better service.
