Outdoor Living carries Berlin Gardens, which is the brand we want to purchase. We've done our homework and had a couple questions. We called several times, each time the calls went directly to voicemail. We made a special trip to the location this past Saturday, 10/24. The sole gentleman working was with a customer, which we completely understand. After milling for a while, we were finally greeted and told if we leave our name/number/email in their 'book', he would get back to us within the hour. It's now 4 days later and still no follow up. We make it a point to support small businesses especially those run by our veterans. You could feel them on your feet. Then the pool went empty. I got a hold of a guy to put the new liner in and he said where's the cove for the bottom. Well guess they did not install a cove. That caused the bottom to expand over time. Then move the sand which caused the bracket to cut into my liner. This will cost me $2500 because of their laziness.

How can you give less than one star? I really wish there was a way! They don't deserve even one star. I ordered a couch and two recliners on March 31. The furniture has immersive sound features. We had them delivered on April 10. The couch and one of the recliners work fine. But the second recliner is defective. And since day one it hasn't worked. There is a port in the back of the chair where you plug in your immersive sound feature. On one of the recliners there is a small pin in the port that is bent and can't be straightened. It is impossible to plug it into the TV sound. We did not learn this on delivery day because we didn't have our new TV yet. We didn't hook the chair up until the following weekend. On the 14th I texted my sales guy to let him know of the issue. Unfortunately, you only have three days to tell them if there's anything wrong. We didn't know of the issue till day four. I did agree to pay a ridiculous price for a warranty and the issue was covered. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to contact the service department, they did not call me until April 21 to set a service appointment. At that point, the lady said the soonest they could get someone out to my home was 5 weeks later on May 24.The purpose of these appointments is that they determine if they will replace your furniture or repair it in your home. In my case, they determined that they could repair it in my home. But they did not have the part. I told them exactly what was wrong with when I called them in the first place and offered to send pictures. They should've known they need a new port, its not a puzzle, especially if they're waiting so long to come out. It felt like they should've had one on hand. But I was trying to be patient with them. The guy said someone would call me back when they got his "report". It is now June 20 and my chair still has no sound and never has worked. I still have no part. I called and pretty much begged them for the name of the part manufacturer so I could just take care of it on my own and leave them out of it. I wanted to call the manufacturer or get the part and call geek squad or handy to come out and put the part in for me. All they would tell me is that the vendor is M013. I said that sounds like your internal vendor number and not a company name. There's no company called that. And she said yes that's a vendor number. I can I please have the vendor name. She said I just told you it's M103. She was really snotty. She told me that she already explained to me that it wasn't coming until 2 to 4 weeks. And I said it's going to be four weeks on Thursday and she said. Not in business days. And I said well there's five business days in a week and you said 2 to 4 weeks. She said no it's business days. You don't understand what business days are. I said how would you translate 2 to 4 weeks into business days then? She just kept talking circular like that and not making any sense. I never raised my voice to her but she said I am not going to listen to this anymore. Then she hung up. So I guess that's the end of my story. I need to order furniture for three more rooms and you can believe it's not coming from Ashley Morrison! I've just basically been ripped off for over $2000 for a recliner that has never worked in a worthless warranty. Lessons learned the hard way I guess. Don't shop here. They don't care.

One of the managers selected a tool and spent about 20 minutes trying to remove the screws, even attempting to modify the tool on a grinder. Eventually he asked another employee to help. The second guy went to his car to get some specialized tool, spent another 10 minutes working on my problem, and finally removed the screws. I was pleasantly AMAZED that they would go to all that trouble for me. It was my first time in the store and I was going to buy a $5.00 screwdriver. These guys were incredibly helpful and generous with their time. They have earned a customer for life!
