I like this location and I find that the items available are useful. I needed home items and found a cookware set, towels, organizing bins, laundry detergent, etc. It's super easy to drive to, being just off of the Sawmill Rd. exit on Hwy 270. The parking lot is huge and it is nicely sandwiched between Big Lots and Goodwill. read more

Wow! Confession: I had never heard of nor been to an Ollie's Bargain Outlet before. In fact, I still remember when this was a Toys R Us many moons ago. This establishment is sort of incredible. Massive. Bright. Organized. You'll see familiar brands and new condition items that you actually need/will use--all at great prices. Friendly service. For what it is it's all inspiring. One of my yarn friends told me that they had yarn at Ollies so I wanted to look. I did find an end display finally but it was very picked over and I did not buy anything. I would return to the store if I had lots of time and nothing to do and just wander up and down the aisles , eyes bulging at all the cheap good stuff. I imagine the kids would love to come here and blow some allowance money. read more

This was the first time that I visited this bargain store and actually wanted to see if it's really a bargain store. Guess what ladies and gents? IT REALLY IS!!! I couldn't not believe the things that you can buy in there. The store is filled with books, car supplies like car seat covers, oil, windshield wipers and more, area rugs, pottery, kitchen supplies, bedroom and bathroom items such as towels, rugs, mats, curtains etc and even As Seen On TV items in there. Did I mention that they have pictures for your walls, electronics like my favorite LED lights that I use to light up my home? Ok ok ok. You just have to go see it to believe it. Pots, pans, blenders, etc. pretty much everything in there in at least under $80. Check it out! You won't be disappointed!!!! read more

I'd been disappointed by a visit to another Ollie's location, so I went here rather grudgingly. But I walked out a fan. It's huge, and filled with, well, stuff. All kinds of stuff, at decent discounts. Plus, the day I went, a 15% discount on top of their prices, so I got some pretty good deals. It's like a big Odd Lots. A large book section up front, with many kids' books. A fair amount of food offerings, nothing cold, just snacks, pet supplies, dry goods, etc. I didn't see clothes but I wasn't looking, but I saw yard stuff, toys, rugs, and much more. read more

Ollie's has good prices, but their employees are as dumb as a bag of rocks. Every time I go there, they screw up checking me out. It's not brain surgery. You pick up an item, scan it, and move it to the scanned pile. But no, they scan a few things, get confused, then rescan the same items again. Or they pick up two different items, scan one, and tell the register there are two of them. So, if you go there, check your receipt. Odds are pretty good that you were overcharged. read more

I'm glad to see a new Ollie's location closer to home. If you've never been to an Ollie's location, you can expect to see a little of everything. Furniture, household items, cleaning supplies, toys, books, beauty products, food and more. The prices are unbeatable. It's a great place to go Christmas shopping as well. Most of the items in the store are name brand and of good quality. I recommend checking out this store. I have only been to this new location once, but the staff was super friendly and the store was neat and clean. read more

I left a review last week and looks like it was taken down. Do not shop at Ollies on Sawmill road if you are concerned about the mask mandate in the State of Ohio. They do not follow it. There were several customers that were not wearing masks, including a family that was taunting me because they did not like that I moved out of the area they were in because they did not have masks on (followed me around the store then tried to follow me in their car as I was driving out of the parking lot). I asked a store clerk or manager (not sure which) if they followed the mask mandate and was told "we don't really follow it because Giant Eagle was sued over it". With COVID cases on the rise like crazy, if you are scared of getting it, you do not want to be at this store. We will not shop here again. read more

I would actually enjoy this store if it weren't for their return policy. I bought a printer (for a computer) and it came with the wrong electrical plug. only then did i realize this was a refurbished item. I called them and informed them of this wrong chord being included and they actually were going to allow me to return it that day. I really needed a printer so I ended up using a chord i had from previously owned electronics and it worked however, the printer jams every single time i tried to use it and Ollie's doesn't allow returns. I have tried about 10-20 times, adjusted everything I can . Read online and watched YouTube for help and its only printed successfully once or twice. Its just garbage and Im just out $40. I would shop there and just avoid their electronics but im not going to support a business that will sell you messed up items and not allow returns. read more
